College students' mental health day is a festival for college students to pay attention to their mental health. In order to guide college students to pay attention to their mental health, the National College Students' Mental Health Festival was held in Beijing Normal University on May 25th, 2000. The homonym of Health Festival is 525, which means to care about their psychological growth and health. The theme of the activity is interpersonal communication and mutual assistance among college students, and the slogan is "I love me and get out of the island in my heart". 525 College Students' Mental Health Day has been recognized by colleges and universities all over the country. All colleges and universities use this day to carry out various forms of mental health education activities, and even think that this day is College Students' Mental Health Day. In 2004, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Office of the All-China Federation of Students issued an initiative to national college students, and determined May 25th as the National College Students' Mental Health Day.
