Legal basis: Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Thirteenth individual industrial and commercial households shall submit an annual report to the registration authority from June 30th to June 30th every year. Individual industrial and commercial households shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of their annual reports. Measures for the annual report of individual industrial and commercial households shall be formulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce of the State Council.
Article 14 The registration authority shall include individual industrial and commercial households that fail to fulfill their annual reporting obligations in the business exception list and publicize them to the public on the enterprise credit information publicity system.
Fifteenth the registration authority shall not charge any fees for the annual report and spot check of individual industrial and commercial households.
Interim Measures for the Annual Report of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Article 13 If an individual industrial and commercial household fails to submit its annual report in accordance with the provisions of these Measures, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall mark it as an abnormal state of operation within 10 working days from the end of the annual report of that year, and publicize it to the public through the enterprise credit information publicity system from 1 day of that year to June 30 of the following year.
Article 16 Individual industrial and commercial households marked as operating abnormally according to the provisions of Article 13 of these Measures may submit supplementary paper annual reports to the administrative department for industry and commerce, and apply for restoring normal record status. The administrative department for industry and commerce shall resume its normal filing status within 5 working days from the date of accepting the application.
