In order to promote the information management of road transport drivers' continuing education and network distance training, and improve the professional quality of road transport drivers, according to the Measures for Road Transport Drivers' Continuing Education (Fa [201]106) and the Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Transport on Strengthening Road Transport Drivers' Continuing Education (Office Letter Yun [20/KLOC-)

The operation of this project has enabled road transport drivers to break through the time and space restrictions of continuing education, ease the contradiction between work and study, and learn something by learning authoritative and standardized training courseware. At the same time, the management functions provided by the project can meet the informationization, networking and whole-process implementation and supervision of continuing education by management departments, and promote the continuous standardization and high efficiency of continuing education for road transport drivers.
