The Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education organized relevant units to upgrade and transform the national information system on the progress of education informatization, and established the national information management system on education informatization.

The purpose of constructing the national education informatization management information system is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully implement the spirit of the national education conference, implement the 13th Five-Year Plan of education informatization and the work deployment of the action plan of education informatization 2.0, and further improve the management efficiency and service level of national education informatization.

On the basis of the first-phase system, the second-phase system has increased the index expansion function and adjusted the basic data management and data sharing to better meet the management needs of educational administrative departments at all levels and schools at all levels.

The second phase system will be put into operation on September 20th, 20 19, and the first phase system will be shut down after the statistics in the third quarter of 201June 15. The second phase of the system is based on the "Education Basic Information Database Management and Service System", which creates and issues account passwords for users at all levels to log in to the system.

At the same time, the second phase system provides school users with the function of account association with the first phase system. After the accounts are matched, school users can use the account name of the first-phase system as the alias of the second-phase system account to log in to the second-phase system, and at the same time, they can automatically synchronize the latest data and statistical data filled in by the school in the first-phase system to the second-phase system.
