The college is located in a garden city, with beautiful environment and unique European architecture. The small bridge and flowing water in China garden form a beautiful picture of Chinese and Western cultures. Mechanical manufacturing and automation technology specialty group and software and service outsourcing specialty group are the key construction specialty groups in Jiangsu Province. Based on the economic construction and social development in Jiangyin and the Yangtze River Delta, and from the height of students' lifelong development, the college vividly put forward the talent training goal of "based on Jiangyin, taking root in enterprises, and cultivating production, management and management talents with the potential of' modern team leader' or above for local economic and social development". Around this goal, the college explored and formed a "two-dimensional interaction, two-track parallel" talent training model. "Two-dimensional interaction" refers to the harmonious interaction and organic infiltration between professional ethics education and professional teaching. We should not only carry out professional ethics education through club activities, democratic management and social practice, but also infiltrate professional ethics education for students in professional teaching and practice according to different professional requirements and industry norms. "Two-track parallel" means that colleges and enterprises jointly complete talent training. The college cooperates with well-known listed companies such as Blue Ocean Group, Changdian Technology and Xingcheng Special Steel to implement modern apprenticeship system and cultivate talents through deep integration between schools and enterprises. Colleges, industries and enterprises jointly formulate talent training programs, jointly compile targeted project-based teaching materials, implement the teaching mode of "combining work with study and on-the-job practice", and complete the training of modern team leaders in the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.
