Zhigong education evaluation
As soon as the senior high school entrance examination is over, the most important thing for students and parents is to evaluate their scores. How can the score be more accurate? Based on all kinds of information, West Point Education has compiled the following skills for the reference of students, parents and friends.

1 unified reference standard

There are generally two ways to count scores: one is to calculate according to the written subjects of the senior high school entrance examination, that is, Chinese 120, mathematics 120, English 120, science 150 [physics (80), chemistry (70)] literature/kloc-0. It is necessary to ask whether the prediction line of voluntary reporting given by the school includes the experimental results of sports, information technology and physics and chemistry.

2 Different arts and sciences should be strict rather than strict.

Generally speaking, it is suggested to adopt the procedure of "recalling quickly, reproducing the answers and redoing appropriately" when grading. Quick recall, accurate recall and recognition of answers are the basis of evaluation. The key to grading is to be able to accurately recall and recognize the answers you have made. When evaluating scores, candidates should remember not to be influenced by others. It's best to think alone, and don't discuss with other students to prevent conformity. When grading, we should distinguish between arts and sciences and be strict. Online marking is strict and the error is small. In order to improve the accuracy of grading, it is necessary to strictly follow the steps of answering questions and adopt different methods for different subjects. For science papers, steps, procedures, problem-solving norms are as important as answers. The answer is right, the steps are incomplete, the data is not substituted, and the unit is wrong, so we must adhere to the principle of "gradual and orderly scoring". Liberal arts should follow the method of combining subjective questions "stepping on the spot" and "stepping on the meaning" to analyze the score points of standard answers. If their answers are the same or similar to the core meaning of the standard answers, give more points, give less points if they are incomplete, and give no points if they deviate or do not deviate.

3. Combine leniency with severity, and don't "divide points" at will.

When grading, "it should be tight but not loose", and small scores should be considered. Usually, when a single subject is included in the total score, don't "go to the small score" at will. One point difference in the senior high school entrance examination may be one grade. Candidates are advised to try to estimate the score at least 3 times. The first time is according to the normal assessment, the tightness is appropriate and the width is appropriate; The second time is to estimate the score according to the loose score, that is, a little loose, and take into account the "fuzzy score" that can be obtained; The third time, the score is estimated according to tightness, that is, slightly tightness, and the score that can be obtained and the "fuzzy score" are not counted. In the specific scoring, if the answer completely meets or very meets the scoring standard, you can estimate the full score or deduct a small amount of points. If the answer is different from the grading standard, you should consult your teacher.

4. Rational evaluation, excluding the influence of improper factors on evaluation.

1. Candidates will be influenced by some psychological factors when evaluating scores. Excellent students often find and realize their mistakes in the test paper quickly, and are often too "conservative" when evaluating scores. On the contrary, due to the limitation of self-cognition, some candidates with poor grades will feel good after the exam, and will unconsciously overestimate their test scores and lack space.

2. Some candidates will also be "hinted" by the evaluation information of the students around them. For example, if a classmate's usual academic performance is similar to his own, and this classmate's estimated score is higher than his own, it will lead candidates to overestimate their performance. Some candidates usually have above-average grades, and their scores in the senior high school entrance examination are very good, but their evaluation scores are not high because they are afraid of being laughed at by others.

3. The evaluation methods of different schools will also have an impact on the evaluation. In some schools, under the careful organization of teachers, students evaluate scores, and teachers verify and determine the evaluation results, which can ensure the objectivity of the evaluation results. The same school gives students unified guidance and unified evaluation, so the evaluation results are comparable. Students can see their ranking in the school through the evaluation results, and fill in their volunteers with reference to the evaluation ranking. Moreover, some schools are completely evaluated by students themselves, and even the evaluation time is postponed; In order to control the outflow of students, some schools deliberately grade outstanding students by using evaluation scores, so that these students can't correctly judge their grades and have an impact on their application for better schools.

Three golden rules of accurate evaluation

1, considering the maximum probability of students, the maximum probability of ranking refers to the grade part of students' general ranking in the whole junior high school stage or junior high school year, mid-term and final exams, which is the maximum probability of students' exams. Parents should not pay too much attention to the time when their children play abnormally or badly, but ask for the greatest possibility.

2. Ask for the opinions of the class teacher or classroom teacher. Who knows the academic level of candidates best? Not parents, but class teachers or classroom teachers. Therefore, parents can ask the head teacher and the classroom teacher for their opinions and ask them to objectively analyze their children's learning situation.

3. Analyze the candidate's personality and volunteer parents should analyze the child's mood and personality. If the child is sensitive to stress and prone to mood swings during the exam, then don't give the child too much volunteer pressure; On the contrary, if it is a child with good pressure resistance, then parents can let him try it.

Wish the students all their wishes come true!
