According to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and the General Office of the People's Government of Hebei Province on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government (J.F.Zi. [2009] No.46) and the Notice of Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government on the Establishment of Municipal Government Institutions (Shi [2009] No.40), the Education Bureau of Shijiazhuang City was established as the working department of the municipal government.

Main responsibilities:
