Yes Qinyuan, Nanyuan and Xinyuan are all newly built in the new campus of Three Gorges University. The Three Gorges University is located in Yichang City, Hubei Province. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was formed by the merger of the former Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power (Yichang) and the former Hubei Three Gorges College on May 25th, 2000.
