I received a deep education to deal with corruption. What I think is that the more under such a situation and development trend, the more we should strengthen our ideals and beliefs, at the same time strengthen the quality of resisting corruption and preventing change, and establish a correct outlook on life, career and power. Play an exemplary role everywhere, lead by example, influence and drive people around you with your own actions, be upright, do things clearly, and be clean and tidy for officials. First of all, we must do the following:

First, treat power correctly and establish a correct view of power.

First of all, we should understand who gave the power and for whom. Some people think that power is obtained by personal efforts; Some people think that power comes from competing for posts; Some people think this is a gift from an outstanding person. These understandings are extremely wrong. When a person holds a leadership position, he gains the necessary power. Although it is inseparable from personal efforts and the concern of leaders, it is ultimately trusted by the majority of employees and organizations.
