The college has three teaching departments, namely, special education department, medical department and applied technology department. There are five undergraduate majors, namely, special education major, preschool education major, art design major (hearing impaired), computer science and technology major (hearing impaired) and acupuncture and massage major (visually impaired). There are five majors in higher vocational colleges, namely, listening and speech rehabilitation technology, visual communication art design (hearing disability), computer application technology (hearing disability), landscape technology (hearing disability) and music performance (visual disability). The majors involve pedagogy, literature, engineering, medicine, agriculture and other disciplines, and eight of them are enrolled nationwide.
