Mudu Experimental Middle School is located in Mudu, an ancient town in Jiangnan. It is the adjustment of the educational layout of Mudu Town by Wuzhong District Government and the integration of educational resources. It was formed by the merger of Mudu No.2 Middle School and Mudu No.3 Middle School, and inherited the good brands of "Jiangsu Education Modernization Demonstration Junior High School" and "Suzhou Art Characteristic School" created by the original two schools. The predecessor of the new school site is the well-known Mudu High School in Jiangsu Province. In the first half of 2006, Mudu Town Government invested nearly10 million yuan to renovate the original teaching building of Mudu Middle School. At present, the school has 43 classes, 190 staff and 2093 students. The school covers an area of more than 90 mu with a building area of more than 30,000 square meters.
