Hejiao Garden is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of Haihe River between downtown Tianjin and Binhai New Area, bordering Tianjin Avenue in the north, Jingang Highway and Beijing-Tianjin Expressway in the south, Jishan Expressway connecting line in the west and Xianshuigu West Outer Ring Road in the east. The planned total area is 37 square kilometers, the planned school scale is 200,000, the permanent population is 65,438+10,000, and the annual social training is 300,000.

The planned site is located in Jinnan District, south bank of the middle reaches of Haihe River, adjacent to Xianshuigu, Balitai, Shuang Gang and Dasi. The scope of land use is east to the west outer ring of Xianshuigu, west to the planned Jishan tie line, south to Jingang Highway and Jinjin Expressway, and north to Tianjin Avenue.

Haihe Education Park is an independent area and managed independently. It can be roughly considered as belonging to Jinnan District, but it is not under the jurisdiction of Jinnan District. Address: Haihe Education Park, Jinnan District.
