Eighth, the climate also has certain influence on height development. For example, in autumn and winter, the cold body grows slowly, and in spring and summer, the warm body grows faster. This is a rule, but we should also pay attention to keeping warm in winter and dissipating heat in summer in order to grow taller quickly. Because autumn and winter are colder than 10, you can wear more clothes to keep out the cold and ensure that your body will not lose energy and water because of the cold.
