Legend has it that there were only three families in Shili Village in the Northern Song Dynasty, separated by the dangerous river, and the last family multiplied into a small village. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, in order to prevent war, three small villages were merged into one village, located near the north-south avenue leading to the capital. There was a post office called "Huasanguan", which used to be called "Guancun" and later evolved into a management village. Guancun has a large bazaar, a town middle school, a village primary school and a first-class kindergarten in Jining, which is the education center of the town. The existing population is 2,024, the cultivated land area is 2,825 mu, and the per capita annual income is 9,240 yuan. The village completed 8.9 kilometers of road construction, installed street lamps 100, and planted 53,400 trees. This year, 988 mu of newly transferred land was mainly used for planting grapes, big cherries and walnuts, and two family farms were successfully registered, which effectively promoted the economic development of the village and increased farmers' income. Over the years, it has successively won honorary titles such as "Five Good Party Branches", "Family Planning Model Village", "Advanced Grass-roots Party Branches", "Top 100 Model Villages", "Model Villagers' Committee" and "Pioneer Grass-roots Party Organization in the Holy City".

Carry forward the new social fashion and strive to improve the civilization of villagers. Adhere to the selection activities such as "ten-star civilized household", "civilized new household", "good wife and mother" and "science and technology leading household". At present, 90% of the families in the village have reached the standard of "ten-star civilized households".

Strengthen the comprehensive improvement of the village environment and focus on improving the living environment. The environmental sanitation cleaning mechanism was established and improved, and four garbage pools were built on site, which completely cleaned up the "three piles" in the village and put an end to the phenomenon of "dirty mess". This year, a total of 7,800 meters of roads in the village have been built, achieving village-to-village access and basically household access.

In the next step, Guancun will focus on leading industries such as land circulation and strawberry planting, vigorously develop rural specialized cooperative economic organizations, further expand the scale of planting and breeding bases, upgrade the quality level, continuously strengthen the village-level collective economic strength, and truly realize the goal of strengthening the village and enriching the people.

Guancun is adjacent to Dongdacheng Village, Linjiawa Village, Zhouzhuang Village, Xiemating Village, da miao cun Village, Hejiadian Village, Weijiazhuang Village, Xia Hou Village, Linchengdian Village, Weijialou Village, Yihezhuang Village, ding zhuang cun Village, Yihengzhuang Village and Weijiazhai Village.

There are tourist attractions near Guancun, such as Qufu Shimenshan National Forest Park, Qufu Shimenshan self-driving campsite, Dongdacheng Ancient City Site, Jia Wei Tomb, Li Po Site, Shimenshan Building Group, and other specialties, such as Qufu smoked tofu, Qufu fragrant rice, Brewmaster mountain grapes, Qufu carved carvings and Beishan jujube.
