How to strengthen the fire safety education and training of enterprise employees
In recent years, China's fire protection industry has developed rapidly, but the situation that lags behind economic and social development has not changed. In particular, employees' weak awareness of fire protection legal system and fire safety and lack of fire protection knowledge are the main causes of fire hazards and fire accidents. Throughout the major fire accidents in recent years, most of them are due to employees' careless use of fire and electricity in violation of safety regulations and operating procedures, and employees in enterprises will not save themselves and each other after the fire. It is an urgent and important task to strengthen the fire safety education of employees, improve their fire safety awareness and self-prevention and self-rescue ability, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of serious fires, especially group deaths and injuries. First, the problems existing in the current fire safety education and training of enterprise employees (1) Business operators have a weak legal concept of fire safety, and they have a serious fluke mentality in the fire safety education and training of employees, and they lack sufficient understanding ideologically. Even think that the fire safety education and training of employees is the responsibility of the public security fire department and has nothing to do with themselves. As long as the fire doesn't reach your home, it doesn't matter how the fire safety quality of employees is. There are also some business operators who simply think that it is enough to buy fire extinguishers, several emergency lights and evacuation signs to do a good job in fire control. It is not conducive to the fire safety education and training for employees, which is dispensable and irrelevant to the overall situation, resulting in the failure to strengthen the fire safety awareness of employees. (2) The pre-job fire safety training for employees and the system of holding certificates for special posts have not been implemented, and the regular publicity and education is a mere formality with little content and poor effect. Among many "foreign-funded enterprises" and private enterprises encouraged to develop, most employees come from urban migrant workers with low labor prices. These people have a low level of education, most of them are below junior high school education, and their awareness of self-protection is poor. Employees go to work without necessary pre-job fire training, and even many workers in special positions such as electricity, welding, baking, tempering, wood, warehouse management, oil washing, etc. Still working without a license, it will not effectively prevent fires, nor do it know how to deal with them in time, and its self-prevention and self-help ability is low. In the event of a fire, it is difficult to protect their own lives. (3) The fire-fighting knowledge of employees can't keep up with the pace of scientific and technological progress and development, and the fire-fighting professional knowledge is lacking. With the emergence of high-tech, high-density, high-concentration medium-sized new enterprises, new fire-fighting facilities and equipment need to be managed and maintained by professionals who know the technology, and new fire hazards also appear in a new look, which requires firefighters and all employees of enterprises to have a high level of science and technology and culture, and must master more professional fire-fighting knowledge in order to find and rectify fire hazards. Simply relying on the basic knowledge of fire fighting, such as using a fire extinguisher, obviously cannot meet the requirements. (D) Fire safety education and fire fighting skills training are out of touch, emphasizing theory over practice. In fire safety education and training, there are more "classroom" education, more theoretical lectures, and less practical activities such as escape, self-help and mutual rescue training. As a result, although some employees have received theoretical education, they lack "actual combat" experience in actual production and operation, and once they encounter a fire, they are still helpless. In view of the above problems, the author believes that to do a good job in fire safety education and training for enterprise employees, we should focus on solving the following problems: (1) Raise awareness and strengthen the organization and leadership of fire safety education and training for employees. In order to ensure a good fire safety environment, enterprises should always publicize fire safety knowledge to employees and mobilize their enthusiasm for fire prevention and extinguishing. Workers in the front line of production, if they don't know how to prevent and extinguish fires, not only can't do a good job of prevention, but also can't put out fires in time and effectively, which often leads to a small fire, which not only causes great economic losses, but also seriously affects the healthy development of enterprises themselves. "Prevention first, education first" is a high summary of the basic experience of fire control work, and also affirms the important significance of fire control publicity and education. Therefore, the fire safety education and training of enterprise employees can only be strengthened, not weakened. Enterprise managers should fully understand the role of employees' fire safety quality in promoting enterprise development, put employees' fire safety education and training on the important agenda of enterprise development, establish and improve fire control organizations in strict accordance with the provisions of the Fire Protection Law and various fire protection laws and regulations, implement the fire safety responsibility system layer by layer, formulate feasible fire safety education and training plans, and persistently educate and mobilize employees to fully understand fire control work. Only when you have a strong sense of fire safety can you do a good job of fire safety consciously and actively, and do everything possible to prevent the occurrence of fires, and the fire safety of enterprises will be truly guaranteed. (2) Strictly implement the pre-job training of employees and the system of holding certificates for special types of work, and conduct regular education and training based on reality and pay attention to actual results. The newly recruited employees should be trained in basic knowledge of fire protection, so that they can master the corresponding knowledge of fire protection. Operators in special posts and industries must participate in the fire safety training organized by the fire department and pass the examination before they can take up their posts with certificates. For firefighters in high-tech enterprises, it is necessary to train or introduce professionals with high cultural level and corresponding knowledge, and send them to fire training bases or fire professional schools for training, so that they can become full-time firefighters who understand technology and manage well. Enterprise fire publicity and education should firmly grasp the person responsible for fire safety. Enterprise employees are not only large in number, but also highly mobile, so it is indeed difficult to conduct comprehensive education for them. First of all, we should pay special attention to the training of those responsible for fire safety, and then strengthen the fire safety training for front-line personnel through them. (three) publicity and education and fire fighting skills training should complement each other, so as to combine theory with practice. According to the actual situation of the unit, formulate fire fighting and evacuation plans, and organize and implement fire fighting drills regularly.
