2) Don't sit for a long time. Among white-collar men, there are not a few who suffer from prostatitis. Among them, sedentary is an important factor. The physiological position of the prostate determines that men can sit on the prostate. Sedentary will increase the burden on the prostate and lead to chronic prostatitis. If you sit on a soft chair or sofa for a long time, the blood circulation of the whole urinary system will be blocked and the metabolism will slow down, leading to the occurrence of aseptic prostate and the aggravation of bacterial prostatitis.

5) Don't pee. Urban men have to pee because of their fast pace of life, busy work or frequent meetings. Artificial urination will overfill the bladder and oppress the prostate. Increased local pressure and poor blood flow will lead to dysuria and increase prostate swelling.
6) Don't be inappropriate. Sexual life has a great influence on prostate health. First of all, lust is the "enemy" of the prostate. It is reported that the incidence of acute prostatitis is as high as 89.7% among people who have had sex many times in a short time. On the contrary, excessive inhibition of sexual desire and sexual impulse will also cause the prostate to secrete a large number of "hoards", which will cause inflammation after a long time. In addition, interruption of sexual intercourse before ejaculation, coitus interruptus, frequent masturbation or intense sexual stimulation can make the prostate hyperemia and swelling, which should be avoided as far as possible.
(2) Three advocates
1) Eating more tomatoes is closely related to the concentration level of lycopene in human body. Lycopene can break through the prostate absorption barrier and directly enter the gland to play a role;
2) Exercise stress in the sun will increase the chance of prostate hypertrophy. When the stress of life slows down, the symptoms of prostate will be alleviated, so try to stay relaxed. Advocating outdoor exercise and moderate physical activity is helpful to enhance the body's resistance and improve the local blood circulation of prostate;
3) Advocating suitable snacks and fruit zinc can increase the anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects of prostate, and should intentionally eat more zinc-rich snacks such as seafood, white melon seeds, peanut kernels, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Antioxidants can protect the prostate. Men should eat more nuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, among which apples are the most important. Studies have found that apple juice has an amazing effect on zinc deficiency. Compared with the commonly used zinc-containing drug therapy, apple juice is more effective, safe and easy to be accepted by patients than drugs with high zinc content.
