1. written examination of public basic education: the main contents include pedagogy, educational psychology, educational law and teachers' professional ethics.
2. Written examination of professional knowledge: candidates who apply for positions in Chinese, English, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography and politics take the written examination of professional knowledge in this discipline, candidates who apply for positions in information technology and science take the written examination of professional knowledge in mathematics, and candidates who apply for positions in music, sports, fine arts and Tibetan language take the written examination of professional knowledge in Chinese.
The interview evaluation is divided into two parts:
One part is the test of teachers' basic quality, and the other part is the investigation of education and teaching ability.
1. Teachers' basic quality test is conducted by candidates' defense, which mainly examines candidates' educational thoughts, teachers' morality, thoughts and beliefs devoted to rural education, appearance, behavior, thinking ability and language expression ability, as well as cultivating and managing students' quality and ability.
2. The investigation of education and teaching ability is conducted by means of trial lectures or lectures, mainly focusing on the examinee's subject knowledge system, curriculum awareness and ability, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation, the ability to use teaching resources, and basic skills such as teaching language, asking questions, writing on the blackboard and explaining. The full score of interview assessment is 100, including 50 points for basic quality test and 50 points for education and teaching ability test.
