Professional Introduction: This major adapts to the development of international Chinese teaching, based in Zhangjiakou, facing Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and cultivates applied talents who have all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, love China culture, have modern educational concepts, have a solid foundation in Chinese and English, are familiar with Chinese and foreign literature, can skillfully use Chinese and English for cross-cultural communication, have certain international Chinese teaching ability, and can engage in international Chinese teaching and promotion in various schools and training institutions at home and abroad.

There are 17 full-time teachers of international education in China, including 2 professors and 7 associate professors, with senior titles accounting for 53%. Teachers with master's degree or above account for 7 1%. This major has built a practical teaching system of "cultivating professional quality and teaching skills in the whole process", set up a practical teaching module of "two-way integration" of in-class teaching and extracurricular activities, and built a practical base combining on-campus and off-campus. Practice teaching runs through four academic years and eight semesters.
