Quality education is based on the actual needs of human development and social development, with the fundamental purpose of comprehensively improving the basic quality of all students, with the fundamental characteristics of respecting students' subjectivity and initiative, paying attention to developing people's wisdom potential and forming a sound personality. With the implementation of quality education in China, 1 has achieved phased results. Combining with some practices in my work practice, I will talk about my experience in implementing quality education in my work.

First, actively change the concept of education and teaching.

Thought is the forerunner of action. To implement quality education, we must first change the concept of education and teaching, abandon all kinds of backward concepts of exam-oriented education, and establish advanced concepts of quality education, such as the concept of educational equality, the new concept of teachers and students, the concept of scientific talents, and the new concept of quality. If there is no change in new ideas and concepts, and we continue to use the backward ideas of exam-oriented education to guide modern teaching, we can only wear new shoes and take the old road, and quality education will become empty talk.

Second, study hard advanced education and teaching concepts.

Constantly learn advanced education and teaching concepts and absorb new achievements in quality education and teaching reform. In today's society, information is changing with each passing day, various teaching reform practices of quality education are constantly developing, and various new educational and teaching concepts are constantly updated. In teaching, we should inherit and carry forward all beneficial educational experiences and traditions at home and abroad, learn from the advanced educational ideas and teaching methods in the world, especially in some western countries, seriously study and apply the new achievements and scientific education theories related to the development of life science and educational science in modern science, and constantly enrich our teaching practice.

Third, pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical ability.

The exam-oriented education in our country only pays attention to improving students' grades by various means, ignoring the cultivation of students' ability, and has created many students with high scores and low abilities. To implement quality education, we must shift our focus to the road of improving students' ability in an all-round way. While attaching importance to the teaching of basic knowledge and skills, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' emotions and attitudes, and enhance students' self-confidence, initiative and interest in learning. Make full use of and tap the research and exploratory factors in teaching materials, and carry out various teaching methods in an all-round, multi-channel and all available means to cultivate students' innovative consciousness and ability.

Fourth, optimize the classroom teaching mode and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

Classroom teaching is the key and core of implementing quality education. Therefore, in the teaching process, it is necessary to further deepen the classroom teaching reform, completely change the classroom teaching methods of "emphasizing scores over ability" and "taking exams as the center", adopt various teaching methods with lively contents, change the phenomenon that classroom teaching overemphasizes learning, rote memorization and mechanical training in the past, and advocate students' active participation, willingness to explore and hard work.

Hand, cultivate students' ability to collect and process information, acquire new knowledge, analyze and solve problems, communicate and cooperate. Quality education is a long-term systematic project. Only by actively exploring in education and teaching practice and being brave in reform and innovation can we achieve good results.

In short, the comprehensive implementation of quality education is an important task entrusted to us by the times, and we have no room or reason to avoid it. According to their own work characteristics, actively invest more energy and time in classroom teaching, improve teaching methods, improve classroom teaching efficiency, improve teaching efficiency in unit time, clarify their responsibilities and tasks, and actively study and implement various measures. First, to implement quality education, teachers must have good quality.

Teachers are enlighteners of students' education, disseminators of knowledge and guides of thoughts and behaviors. Teachers' words and deeds have a subtle influence on students' lives. Therefore, teachers should set up their model image of "being a teacher by example", and influence students with dignified appearance, generous and decent actions, friendly attitude and approachable style, so that teachers can become role models for students' behavior and learning. When children leave their parents and kindergarten to study on campus, great changes have taken place in the living environment and things around them, which is much more serious than the kindergarten environment, giving students a strange feeling and starting a round of emotional fluctuations. They naturally convey their feelings, expectations and love requirements to their teachers. I am eager for teachers to give them enough love like their mothers. Therefore, teachers should selflessly pour all their love into their students, treat them as their own flesh and blood, care enthusiastically, take care of them comprehensively, and educate them patiently and carefully, so that they can develop in an all-round way.

Teachers' morality is the foundation of teachers, and having good professional ethics is the most basic requirement for teachers. Modern education is changing with each passing day, and education is also developing constantly, so teachers' morality will have a great influence on students' personality, and the influence of teachers' morality on students is still irreplaceable. This requires teachers to have the selfless dedication of "taking out a heart and not taking away half a blade of grass". Only such a teacher's morality can instill knowledge into students through their own words and deeds, create a healthy, lively and progressive learning atmosphere for students, enable students to learn to be human, learn to do things, learn to live, perform the duties and tasks of teaching and educating people with strict standards and high quality, and achieve the goal of improving the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of the whole Chinese nation. Love the party's education, love the education, and be loyal to their duties. This is a necessary condition for a teacher. A teacher with excellent professional ethics is definitely not a fickle and unprofessional person. Must be a noble and enterprising person who can be a teacher. In teaching, we should love students like loving mothers, establish a good relationship between teachers and students, set an example, and pour deep feelings into the educated students.

The implementation of quality education first requires teachers to improve their professional quality. Teachers must have higher professional quality, completely change the educational concept, change the old ways and means, grasp the outline again, dig deep into new teaching materials, explore new methods, and organize teaching according to the requirements of quality education; Study hard, study deeply, and integrate theory with practice. Careful observation of students' various game activities, rules, familiarity with students' psychological characteristics, understanding of students' interests and hobbies, comprehensive analysis and comparison, and reference to other people's successful experience, and then screening, so as to formulate a set of quality-oriented teaching programs suitable for our school and classes, and implement them purposefully and step by step in teaching activities, so that quality education can receive twice the result with half the effort, and there will be no real education. Because "the cause of educating children is a cause that requires great love for children." How difficult it is to teach and train students with the spirit of "bowing down as a willing ox" so that they can become useful people in the future. As a teacher, you should also be proficient in the subjects you teach. Have rich knowledge and master certain skills. Second, the key to implementing quality education is to implement it in classroom teaching.

First of all, we should have clear teaching objectives and embody the ideas and concepts of quality education. Teaching objectives not only indicate the teaching direction, but also have the function of adjusting the teaching process. No matter what kind of education, it depends on the achievement of the goal.
