The lecture fee shall be implemented according to the following standards (after tax): the maximum class hours of professionals with intermediate technical titles and below shall not exceed 300 yuan;

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of training and strengthen the management of training fees, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Cadre Education and Training, and the Measures for the Administration of Training Fees of Central and State Organs.

Rule number two These Provisions are applicable to all kinds of trainings held by provincial organs (including party and government organs, people's congresses, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, people's organizations, democratic parties and federations of industry and commerce, and institutions managed with reference to the Civil Service Law, hereinafter referred to as units) with financial funds, such as theoretical education, party spirit education, professional ability improvement, knowledge update, etc.

Rule three. Training held by each unit should adhere to the principle of strict economy and opposing waste, implement unified management within the unit, enhance the scientificity and seriousness of the training plan, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training project, ensure the training quality, save training resources and improve the efficiency of the use of training funds.

Article 4? Training fees refer to all expenses directly incurred by each unit in training, including teachers' fees, accommodation fees, meals, training venue fees, training materials fees, transportation fees, etc.

(a) the teacher fee refers to the cost of hiring teachers to teach, including the teacher's lecture fee, accommodation fee, food fee, inter-city transportation fee, etc.

(2) Accommodation refers to the cost of renting rooms during the training of students and staff.

(3) Meal expenses refer to the meal expenses incurred during the training of participants and staff.

(four) the training venue fee refers to the cost of renting a training venue.

(five) training materials refers to the necessary materials and office supplies during the training period.

(6) Transportation expenses refer to the personnel needed for training and the transportation expenses for off-site inspection, investigation and teaching related to training.

(seven) other expenses refer to on-site teaching fees, online teaching line rental fees, equipment rental fees and other training-related expenses.

Participants and staff training end-to-end inter-city public transport costs should be reimbursed in their respective units in accordance with the relevant provisions on travel expenses.

Article 5? In addition to teachers' fees, training fees shall be classified into comprehensive quota standards, approved item by item, and controlled in total.
