Article 6 Schools shall be reasonably divided according to different functions such as teaching, office, sports and life.

Schools have walls, school gates, school signs and bicycle sheds, and flagpoles and flag stands should be set up in prominent positions such as the central square of the campus or the main sports ground.

Article 7 The per capita school building area (excluding student dormitories): not less than 5.2 square meters for primary schools and not less than 6.4 square meters for junior high schools.

Article 8 Campus buildings meet the requirements of relevant national construction standards, design specifications and relevant regulations in terms of quality and safety.

The school buildings meet the seismic fortification standards of key fortification categories and meet the safety requirements of landslide, collapse, debris flow, ground collapse, flood, typhoon, fire, lightning strike, high-voltage transmission and other disaster prevention and avoidance.

Boarding schools have separate dormitories for men and women, and canteens meet relevant standards.

Chapter IV Equipment Conditions
