Many visible and realistic problems such as family, society, children's education and development opportunities cannot be effectively solved, so rural female teachers are facing great pressure. On the one hand, it is love for education and care for rural children, on the other hand, it is to develop one's own interests and family. It's really hard to choose between the two. This is not the problem faced by female teachers, but the dilemma faced by this group.
Such problems can only be carefully considered by female teachers themselves. Is it good for individuals or for the big ones? This is a personal choice. I have no right to put forward specific choices from the moral high ground.
At present, the imbalance in the economic field between urban and rural development in China affects education. The educational resources in cities are often much better and richer than those in rural areas. Urban students tend to have better academic performance than rural students, and the admission rate of high school universities is higher. China has always adhered to the principle of education, and put education in an important position in economic and social development. China's expenditure on education is increasing year by year, and many young people are encouraged to engage in the education industry and develop rural education. However, there are some obstacles in the development of education in rural areas. Rural children really need higher quality teachers. I hope that in the future, China will continue to increase its support for rural education and economic support for rural teachers, so that every rural child can have a chance to get a high-quality education.
