It can be seen that the use of these three concepts in the education sector is quite arbitrary, so that the majority of teachers can not agree, leading to scattered power and difficult to go deep. It is difficult and unnecessary to specify the exact time of their appearance. Generally speaking, the concept of "educational story" came into being first, followed by "educational case", and "educational narrative" only became popular in recent years.

2. Similarities and differences in content

All three are observations and records of typical education and teaching events, and they all need the theme, background and plot of the events. "Educational stories" and "educational narratives" record past events, and "educational cases" can be written in the past tense or the future tense, that is, commenting on the presupposition of an educational activity. "Educational cases" mainly adopt narrative description, explanation and discussion, focusing on discussion and explanation and paying attention to comprehensive and profound analysis.
