Since 2005 1 month, we have carried out an educational activity to maintain the advanced nature of Communist party member with the practice of Theory of Three Represents as the main content. As a college student, party member, I began to participate in advanced education activities in the second half of the year. Through studying advanced education books and lectures and reports organized by the school, I have a further understanding of party constitution and Theory of Three Represents's theory, and the requirements for maintaining the advanced nature of * * * personnel in the new period have been further clarified, and my ideals and beliefs have been further strengthened. I have been studying and thinking constantly in the educational activities of Baoxian, and I have the following experiences. Maintaining the advanced nature of the Party has been a problem that we have always attached great importance to since the founding of the Party. Whether the party can maintain its advanced nature is related to the existence and development of the party and the success or failure of its cause! The advanced nature of the party under the ruling conditions is more related to the consolidation of its ruling status. The progressiveness of the Party and party member are inseparable, and the progressiveness of the Party should be reflected by the progressiveness of party member. Strengthening party building is an important task at present and in the future, and it is also an urgent requirement and eternal theme of the great project of party building. The advanced nature of * * * members has distinct characteristics of the times. The Party's demand for the advanced nature of party member has always been closely related to the tasks shouldered by the Party in different historical periods and the pace of development of the times. The advanced nature of * * in the new era and the new century is mainly reflected in comprehensively mastering and practicing Theory of Three Represents Theory, constantly improving their own quality, playing a vanguard and exemplary role, and in the process of promoting the great cause of building Socialism with Chinese characteristics! Our party already owns more than 68 million party member. Under the new historical conditions, faced with new challenges and opportunities, how should party member improve its own quality and ability, keep the advanced nature of party member forever, play a good vanguard and exemplary role, and become a qualified and excellent party member? I did some serious thinking. Broadly speaking, we should consciously study and practice Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, strengthen the communist ideal and Socialism with Chinese characteristics belief, take the overall situation into consideration, care for the masses, strive for progress, blaze new trails, stand on our posts and make selfless contributions, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role, unite and lead the masses forward, and make continuous contributions to reform, opening up and socialist modernization. In terms of details, I think a * * * member should at least do the following. Politically, we should be loyal to the party, support the party's program, conscientiously implement the party's basic line, principles and policies, and strictly abide by party discipline. Party member should strengthen the Party's concept and ruling consciousness, care about the Party, actively make suggestions for the Party's cause, and dedicate his talents and strength. Put the interests of the party and the people first and strive for the cause of the party for life. As a college student, party member should seriously study and implement party constitution, learn from Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and consciously improve his political quality. Consciously care about current affairs and politics, we should take the lead in learning, create a strong atmosphere for college students to care about world affairs, publicize our party's program, line and policies to students, and enable non-party member students to strengthen their understanding of the party and better support our party's principles and policies. In terms of ideals and beliefs, we should have firm communist ideals and Socialism with Chinese characteristics beliefs. Communist ideals and beliefs are the necessary ideological and political quality and strong spiritual pillar of workers, and are the guide to correctly understand and transform the world. Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out: "Why did we struggle out under very difficult circumstances in the past, overcome all difficulties and obstacles and win the revolution?" ? It is because we have ideals, Marxist beliefs and communist beliefs. "The communist ideal and belief based on scientific theory is people's understanding of the development law of human society. With this ideal and belief, we will have spiritual motivation, so that we can clearly distinguish right from wrong, be sober when things go wrong, consciously resist temptation and stand the test. Therefore, Communist party member should strengthen the communist ideal. On the tortuous road of realizing the communist ideal, we should achieve the unity of the highest program and the lowest program. The construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics embodies our party's creative enrichment and development of Marxism, and it is also the only correct way to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Adhering to the unity of the minimum program and the maximum program will run through the whole process of building Socialism with Chinese characteristics and all the work and activities of building Socialism with Chinese characteristics, and always adhere to the "Theory of Three Represents" theory as a guide, reflecting the firmness of adhering to the party's basic line, striving to realize the party's basic program, realizing the party's tasks and promoting the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. If you forget the lofty goals and shake the lofty ideals of communism, you will not be a qualified party member. If you don't work hard to realize the party's program in the primary stage of socialism, do your job well and devote yourself to reform, opening up and socialist modernization, you will also be unqualified. Comrade Deng Xiaoping earnestly said in 1985: "Our people have communist ideals and beliefs in their hearts. In order to educate our next generation, especially two generations, we must establish the lofty ideal of communism. We can't let our teenagers become captives of capitalism. That's absolutely impossible. "After reading this passage, we should understand Deng Xiaoping's hope for our youth. As a college student, party member should firmly believe that communism will be realized, have firm belief in communism, and make a solid contribution to China's reform and opening up and Socialism with Chinese characteristics's cause under the call of this great ideal. At work, we should have strong working ability and dedicated working attitude. * * * members should play a vanguard and exemplary role, which is embodied in the "leading troops" role in daily work. Therefore, first of all, we must have the corresponding working ability and be proficient in our own work, so as to serve the masses and help other colleagues to make progress together and strive for perfection. In addition to good working ability, it is more important to have a working attitude and dedication. No matter what job you are engaged in, as long as you are conscientious, conscientious and proactive, it is glorious and you are fulfilling the party's purpose. Just like some party member, who is unknown in ordinary jobs, works hard and devotes his life, he is a good party member. In the fight against SARS, Comrade Zhong Nanshan and party member showed their advanced nature in their posts. With superb medical skills, they marched forward in the face of crisis and made a party member a banner. As a college student, party member is in a good time to study science and culture. He should be fully aware of the tasks he shoulders, study hard, practice actively, and prepare for participating in socialist construction in the future. He should have the spirit of continuous learning, and take learning as a political responsibility, a spiritual pursuit and an ideological realm to understand, treat and learn. Even if you set foot on the job, you should keep learning, broaden your knowledge field, update your knowledge structure, improve your business level and innovation ability, "refuel" to eliminate knowledge overdraft, "recharge" to eliminate skill panic, and truly become a leader in developing productive forces and promoting all-round social progress! As a normal student, the most urgent thing at this stage is to master strong normal skills, upgrade the knowledge learned in college for three years into ability, and then contribute to education. Usually, we should be enthusiastic about solving problems for people around us, not seeking personal gain, being honest and clean. As a college student, party member should consciously strengthen moral cultivation, enthusiastically serve his classmates, try his best to solve the difficulties in study, work and life for his classmates, put collective interests first, and refrain from engaging in small groups and individualism. He/she should actively communicate with those students who have made such mistakes and patiently educate them to change their minds. From the four aspects of politics, ideals and beliefs, work and morality, I talked about my views and experiences on maintaining the advanced nature of the workforce in the new period. I think only by doing the above four aspects can we become a qualified member. Every party member should realize the importance and necessity of maintaining party member's advanced nature, and make efforts and progress in these four aspects, so that our party can keep pace with the times and keep its youthful vitality forever, and always represent the development requirements of advanced productive forces in China, the direction of advanced culture in China and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in China. In the educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of * * *, my political literacy and consciousness have been greatly improved. At the same time, I also reflected on myself and checked myself with strict standards, and found that I still have a long way to go to be a good party member. Under the guidance of the Party organization, I will study and practice Theory of Three Represents theory more consciously and firmly, study and think tirelessly, be strict with myself, strive to improve my own quality and play a greater role in the cause of the Party.
