Information and requirements to be submitted for registration
(1) Applicants must register in person and not on their behalf;
(2) information required for registration. Original and photocopy of my valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and other documents required for applying for the post, and 2 recent 1 inch bareheaded front photos;

(4) When the 2023 graduates who have not obtained the graduation certificate register, they must provide a graduate employment recommendation form (which needs to be reviewed and sealed by the graduation school); When the 2023 graduates who have not obtained a degree certificate apply for positions requiring a bachelor's degree, they must provide the certificate issued by the school that the recent graduates have obtained a bachelor's degree and the certificate is pending. Before August 3, 2023, KLOC-0, you must provide the required original graduation certificate and degree certificate, otherwise you will be disqualified.
(5) Candidates who apply for positions with work experience requirements must provide labor contracts (or employment contracts) and corresponding employee pension insurance payment records.
(6) If you still have an employment relationship with organs, enterprises and institutions at the time of registration, you must provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam.
(7) Directional recruitment of retired noncommissioned officers and soldiers shall provide the original and photocopy of the discharge certificate; Recruiting village cadres, village cadres, but also need to provide Jingzhou County Party Committee Organization Department issued a certificate of consent to apply for the expiration of the term.
(8) If the application position is limited to the household registration position in Jingzhou County, one of the following conditions must be met: First, the household registration location of the applicant before May 19, 2023 is Jingzhou; 2. The domicile of the applicant's spouse or parents before May 19, 2023 is Jingzhou. Original and photocopy of household registration book, ID card, marriage certificate and other relevant documents are required for registration.
(nine) at the time of registration, the recruitment unit shall, according to the qualifications and job requirements, conduct qualification examination on the applicants. Those who pass the examination shall fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Hunan Province (Annex 3). Candidates can pre-print before registration, but their signatures must be handwritten.
(10) Each person is limited to one post. If the same person applies for multiple positions, his examination qualification will be cancelled.
