Teaching skills of basketball technical teaching method in colleges and universities
The development of the times determines the reform of educational direction and objectives, and college physical education has also reformed and planned the teaching objectives according to its changes. With the emphasis and regulations of the education department on students' quality education, college physical education should implement: quality education, health first, happy teaching, lifelong physical education and so on. This is a challenge for PE teachers. Physical education is related to students' systematic problems, and basketball, as one of sports, plays an important role in students' physical exercise and lifelong sports. Based on the author's teaching experience, this paper talks about the methods and skills of basketball technology teaching in colleges and universities.
First, the innovation of basketball teaching mode
In the new era, basketball teaching should adapt to the development of the times, abandon the traditional teaching mode, create a teaching mode and teaching ideas suitable for the concept of "quality education, health first, lifelong sports", and improve students' comprehensive quality. Huang Mingju of Guangxi Normal University said in "Talking about Basketball Teaching Reform in Guangxi Universities from the Perspective of Leisure Sports": With the deepening of college sports teaching reform, how to make basketball teaching better adapt to the implementation of teaching ideas such as "quality education", "lifelong sports" and "health first" has always been the teaching goal of college basketball teaching reform, in order to comprehensively improve students' physical, psychological and social comprehensive quality and realize lifelong sports awareness and ability training. In the traditional teaching mode, teachers, as the main body of the classroom, the narrator and operator of basketball knowledge and skills are all teacher-centered, which greatly limits and hinders students' initiative. Therefore, as a teacher in the new era, we should innovate our own teaching mode, stimulate students' initiative and systematically and comprehensively show students the knowledge, theory and skills of basketball. In teaching, everything is student-centered, and teachers can assist students to complete classroom teaching. For example, students can be divided into groups to compete and compete. Competition rules allow students to discuss and summarize, teachers can make up for deficiencies, and students can also act as referees. Create a basketball teaching that combines theory with practice, so that students can learn basketball knowledge and skills independently through the activity competition mode, and improve their skills and knowledge in basketball and their practical abilities such as judging and training. Fully display the new basketball course, reflect the humanity of sports, cultivate students' initiative, thus enlighten students' life significance, emphasize the irreplaceable nature of sports, and highlight the innovative teaching process of sports basketball application.
Second, basketball skills teaching skills
In teaching, teaching methods are not directional, and different teaching methods are adopted for different students. The most important thing in basketball teaching is how to master basketball skills. Then, in basketball teaching, how to make students better master and use the key points and skills of basketball technology is a concern of every teacher. In this regard, I summarize the skills of basketball skill teaching as follows:
1. Let students master the essentials of basketball in practice and be familiar with its application. In basketball, the action requirement is the core part, and whether students master the action requirement is directly related to the success or failure of basketball teaching. The traditional teaching mode only makes students remember the formula of "one big, two small and three high jumps" when explaining the three-step layup, but it is somewhat difficult to operate in practice. College students, especially boys, are no strangers to basketball. What they lack is only a summary of knowledge and correct guidance. Therefore, in teaching, teachers can ask students to summarize the requirements of basketball in practice. For example, in the "three-step layup" teaching, after the teacher demonstrates the movements, let the students imitate in groups, praise the correct movements, and let the students practice basketball with the students. Finally, let the students summarize the essentials of three-step layup through their own exercises. Let students improve their autonomy in learning basketball while mastering knowledge.
2. Practice basketball action in a targeted way. In the content of basketball teaching, teachers should not grasp the beard and eyebrows, but should let students grasp the knowledge and strengthen the essentials. Clarify the goal of classroom teaching. Let students practice, practice and sum up experience with pertinence and purpose. For example, in the course of "Turn after dribbling" in basketball teaching, students should probably get the essentials of action in practice, and then strengthen the practice and training: turn around smoothly and quickly, pull the ball by hand and so on. In this action, their action essentials are: while throwing the ball in front of their bodies, the central foot takes a big step. However, in practice, students are prone to various movement deviations when holding hands and turning around quickly. Therefore, teachers should emphasize the correctness of the essentials of action, make a detailed analysis of students' dribbling and turning exercises, and guide the correct actions. Improve students' practice effect and strengthen the memory of action essentials.
3. In basketball technology teaching, implement interesting teaching to stimulate students' interest in learning basketball, so as to deepen their mastery of basketball technology. The traditional teaching mode is boring, and students can't feel the real use and function of learning physical education. When the physical education course is to relieve stress, it is purely for fun, and there is no gold content in knowledge. In college students' basketball teaching, most of them are in such a state that people who love basketball play basketball collectively, while those who don't play basketball talk together, which makes basketball teaching lose its teaching significance. However, in order to achieve the teaching goal of lifelong physical education and health first, physical education teachers should change the traditional teaching mode, create lively and interesting classrooms and stimulate students' interest in learning. Combined with the personality characteristics of college students, teachers can design competitive and interesting activities with students to induce students to participate. For example, several groups of basketball shooting competitions can be designed, with teachers as the guidance and students as the contestants and referees, and the reward and punishment system and scoring system can be formulated to create a competition atmosphere. For the loser, you can satisfy the winner's wishes by doing push-ups and running laps (within the speed limit that the loser can complete), and so on. Choosing interesting things as punishment or reward can improve students' practice efficiency and cultivate students' autonomy, unity and unity.
There are many skills in basketball technical teaching. The key is to see how to use and grasp basketball teaching, give students the greatest development space, cultivate students' autonomy, and make sports become lifelong sports.

Innovative teaching in the new era requires teachers to have certain teaching wit, be responsive in the teaching process, implement education in a humanized and flexible way, create a scientific teaching model, integrate theory with practice, take students as the center, innovate teaching methods and teaching ideas, and stimulate students' interest in learning, so as to mobilize students' initiative in learning basketball courses, cultivate students' practical ability in all aspects of basketball, improve students' comprehensive quality, and finally achieve the goal of physical education.
