This semester, on the basis of the "Five Ones" activity to improve the quality of education and teaching, our school is committed to high-quality and in-depth development, and strives to advance in depth for a long time. Let's report on the specific work.

The "Five Ones" activities we participated in this semester:

This semester, I listened to 29 open classes, 8 sliding door classes, participated in 8 teaching and research activities, and held 24 meetings to deepen the "Five Ones" activities, including 13 middle-level leadership meetings,1/school deployment meetings, promotion meetings, supervision meetings, 2 principal forums, 9 lectures by famous teachers and 8 class teachers.

"Five Ones" activities this semester;

First, strengthen the three full coverage and improve the professional quality of teachers in an all-round way.

1, all teachers' open classes are fully covered.

Since the beginning of school, the first round of lectures and comments by teachers in the whole school has ended, and the second round of open classes is under way. So far, 126 open class has been arranged, and leaders and teachers have listened to 1348 open class.

2, the famous teacher demonstration class, the new teacher report class is fully covered.

Our school has won 78 honorary teachers at or above the county level in provinces, cities and counties. These teachers are rich in teaching experience, advanced in thinking and understanding, and superior in professional quality. Give full play to the leading and exemplary role of famous teachers, promote the professional growth of all teachers and improve the level of classroom teaching. The new teacher paired up with the famous teachers of this grade. They listen to at least 4 classes a week and prepare lessons together for 5 classes. Every month, new teachers give lectures, and teachers in the same group attend classes. In just two months, under the guidance of famous teachers, the new teacher has grown rapidly and become a teacher with strong teaching ability and high professional level.

3. Music, physical education, beauty teachers all professional coverage.

In recent years, with the strong support of Director Meng of Education Bureau, the professionalization of music, physical education and aesthetic education teachers in our school has been continuously improved, the classroom teaching process has been further optimized, and the teaching characteristics have been constantly innovated, which has better promoted the professional development of music, physical education and aesthetic education teachers.

Second, consolidate conventional teaching and research, and strive to improve the quality of classroom teaching.

1. Seriously study the curriculum standards and improve the quality.

Teaching and research work is the soul work of school teaching and an effective work to improve teachers' professional level. Today, with the concept of new curriculum standard permeating the classroom, teaching and research work should focus on classroom teaching reform and carry out educational, teaching and scientific research activities in depth. This semester, we bought more than 200 books with new curriculum standards and all kinds of latest teaching concepts for all teachers to learn, which laid the conceptual foundation for building brand-new thinking, actively carrying out characteristic teaching seminars and building first-class teaching brands.

2. Fine teaching and research, breaking through difficulties

In the evaluation of teaching and research quality, the responsibility is constantly refined and the responsibility is clearly implemented at all levels, forming a situation in which everyone is under pressure and everyone is motivated.

The improvement of teaching and research effectiveness is a dynamic accumulation process, which requires persistent efforts and promotion, including the participation of grade leaders, random inspection, regular supervision and other ways to keep abreast of teaching and research trends.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the first and second classes were scheduled, fixed, and the content was normalized, and the teaching and research was carried out as planned. At present, our school has carried out 98 collective lesson preparation, 96 thematic teaching and research activities, 3 cross-grade professional teaching and research, 8 Chinese studies teaching and research, and 8 reading teaching and research, with a total of 19 16 participants.

After the National Day, the comprehensive practical activity class was officially implemented, and there were 12 school teams trained by teachers with professional expertise, such as Wushu team, dance team, chorus team, cucurbit team, painting team and figure skipping team. 47 grade teams led by Chinese and math teachers, such as appreciation of ancient poetry, interesting mathematics, origami, clay sculpture, etc. There are expansion and promotion classes offered by famous teachers, such as: Olympics, reading and writing, eloquence, etc.

3. The conception of comprehensive practical activity course.

Comprehensive practical activities should be geared to all students, actively pay attention to those vulnerable groups, pay attention to those students who are not active at ordinary times, do not like to ask questions, and only accept teachers' learning, pay attention to stimulating their hobbies, develop their practical ability and innovative spirit, and let every student really move and "do it".
