Public security organs, judicial administrative departments and health administrative departments shall provide assistance.

The basic task of national anti-drug education is to introduce the drug situation, popularize anti-drug knowledge, spread anti-drug ideas, publicize anti-drug laws and regulations, and mobilize the whole people to fight drugs; Its core is to enhance the national awareness of drug control and improve citizens' cognitive ability and resistance to drugs and their harm. For the general population, it is mainly to popularize knowledge, and for high-risk groups, it is mainly to combine publicity and education with intervention measures. The specific tasks are:

3. Make citizens understand the history and present situation of the anti-drug struggle, recognize the various consequences of drug abuse, improve their ideological and moral quality, and constantly enhance their sense of social responsibility for drug control;

4. Make citizens understand China's anti-drug stance, principles, policies and anti-drug laws and regulations, so as to know and abide by the law, and not to take drugs, drug trafficking, plant drugs or make drugs, so as to enhance their enthusiasm in fighting drug crimes;

5. Let citizens know about China's anti-drug performance, so as to carry forward the anti-drug tradition, build confidence in winning and create a more favorable anti-drug atmosphere.

Article 11 of the Anti-drug Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) The state adopts various forms to carry out anti-drug publicity and education throughout the country, popularize drug prevention knowledge, enhance citizens' anti-drug awareness, and improve citizens' ability to resist drugs consciously.

The state encourages citizens and organizations to carry out public welfare anti-drug publicity activities.
