Second Shao: I can't compare with others. I am not the founder of the team, and I have been in the business for a short time. Even if I took charge, the original leader collapsed, and I was "driven off the shelf" and had to do it.

Sauer: Very dramatic. I came from the countryside and didn't have any concept of public welfare at first. Later, the tragic experience of a bereaved family made me pay attention to this group. At that time, I vaguely felt that many vulnerable groups had hidden pains in their hearts, and they wanted to talk to someone and had doubts.
After arriving in Beijing in 2009, I have been running around for a living. 13 started to participate in some public welfare activities, but he was just an ordinary volunteer. 15 years, because of my work, I went to Beijing Fanfei Water Cube Technology Co., Ltd., the founder of Haoer Public Welfare, and really started to enter this circle. Sauer: Yes, at first it was just an online activity. I thought it was very simple. I'll just do it. I'll still do my main business. That's what it means to call two less. Isn't there a word "less" in my name? Adding the word "two" in front of me just wants to tell you that I have no desire for power. I am the second child. I'm just helping, beating around the bush, helping the elderly.
However, the leader collapsed, there was no one online, and there was no old man in front. At this time, I was forced to engage in offline activities and began to lead the team. The idea at that time was simple. The team has been established for several years, and it can't be said that it will collapse, at least not in my hands.

Sauer: It's really hard. I had no experience at first. This is my first time to lead a team to Tian Yun Rehabilitation Center. I don't know anyone, and I can't tell anyone. It tastes really bad. Later, I took part in some public welfare training one after another and learned only a little about planning and management.
Less experience is nothing, the most important thing is the stress of life. I resigned from my old company this year, and when I was looking for a new job, I had a narrow choice because I was in charge of this job. I can't find anyone who travels frequently, and I can't find anyone who works overtime on Saturday and Sunday. This company is the third at present. I just started working, but I haven't dared to tell the leader that I am in charge of a non-profit organization.

Sauer: Yes, especially at the beginning. Because it is difficult to engage in public welfare, sometimes the sense of value is not as strong as expected, and sometimes you even feel that they don't particularly welcome you. But an activity before the Spring Festival last year touched me very much. Because the Spring Festival is coming, few volunteers go there. Just a few of us, a few older children, asked more than once, "Are these the only ones?" ? When will the others come? "Isn't this our value?
Bing Chao: These children are very special, and many ideas are hidden in their hearts. This sentence really speaks their minds.

It's okay to talk about a topic this time, but they may get angry the next time. These details need to be observed, understood and controlled, and some should be told to volunteers in time so that volunteers will not be hurt. Because there is no good public welfare experience, some people may not go to the second time after going once.

We still have a big gap from this goal.

Bing Chao: Take over the team in the middle. Everyone believes in you. What is the secret?
Sauer: I really don't know. Maybe I'm too stupid. I'm just trying, I'm just giving, I'm just keeping my figure down. Everyone has seen what you have done, and everyone knows that it is not easy for you.
Bing Chao: Yes, there is a person in the organization who can sacrifice his dedication and keep paying. Is there any reason not to respect him and not to cooperate with him?
Second, the cooperation within the team is ok, but the cooperation between teams is much more difficult, and some dare not cooperate. You are a grassroots, others are professionals. I have an advantage over you in every way. Sometimes when I cooperate with a project and see a good prospect, people talk about their work privately and dig people up. Our pattern should be liberalized, but it should also be developed. What public welfare needs is personalization and diversification, and what it needs is seeking common ground while reserving differences and coordinated development. There are still many areas that you can't touch. Every grass-roots organization has its value and necessity of existence. So now all aspects of the pressure is really great, afraid of team problems, very cautious, walking on thin ice.
Bing Chao: What is the reason to support you to stick to it?

The first is commitment. Mainly for the backbone of the team. It is an agreement between us that the public welfare road is accompanied by wind and rain. I can't lose these brothers.
The other is gratitude. Mainly for the elderly in the team, including the original management. They are all silently watching the development of the team. Sometimes when I ask questions in a group, there will be old people to answer them, many of which I have never seen before. They may not have participated in the activities, but they are also paying, and the supporting role should not be underestimated. For them, although I didn't say thank you and thank you in the group, I really appreciate them. This is a heartfelt statement.
The other is a breakthrough. For example, the Haoer public welfare mountaineering team once visited a female college student who was afraid of heights. It was the first time to climb a mountain, so we encouraged her and helped her. When she finally reached the top, she was particularly moved and said that this was indeed a breakthrough trip. Personally, I think this paragraph forced me to move forward and broke through a lot. I used to be a person who wouldn't come out or even back down as long as someone stood up. Along the way, it is still worth thinking about the improvement of your ability and the growth of your mind.
Finally, sublimation. Do public welfare, and you will meet many positive people. For example, there is an environmental volunteer in our organization who can't drink yogurt cleanly. He always drinks yogurt with water. You may be surprised to see it once or twice, but you will sincerely admire you if you watch it too much. There are still many people like awesome. In short, what you see is mostly selfless, kind and careful. These people will move you and make you reluctant to leave them. At the same time, they will support you, assimilate you and sublimate you. Come to think of it, we didn't do anything but spend time with the elderly and children and pick up garbage. But when you regard public welfare as a habit, when you are in the public welfare crowd, you can realize great sublimation unconsciously.

Bing Chao: Will it last forever?
Sauer: I have been in charge for more than ten months. To tell the truth, I may not be able to do it in another ten months. I'm just carrying this flag now, and the flag can't fall, but I don't know how long I can carry it and how long I can last. I am tired!
What I think most about now is the development of the team, which needs to increase the technical content and further organize in an orderly manner. But I still hope that the elderly can come back a few more, give me a free time, let me do my work well, and have a thorough thinking about public welfare.

In fact, understanding and refueling can't represent all my thoughts, but I always feel that it is not appropriate to say more. Second, Shao is different from other public welfare leaders, not only becoming a monk halfway, but also driving ducks to the shelves. But in our conversation, I solved at least two mysteries. One is what he has always insisted on. The other is where is the magic of public welfare? Second, Shao was born in 1984. To tell the truth, this little brother is worth learning and admiring. I understand that the spirit embodied by the charity team or mountaineering team represents the return of a benign factor in the traditional culture of China. Now this kind of return may be like two small words. The sense of identity is not so high, but it is an irreversible trend and direction.
