(a) the sponsor is a medical and health institution established according to law, an enterprise or institution engaged in preventive health care services or other social organizations;

(2) Having professionals, facilities and related systems suitable for providing Internet medical and health information services;

(three) the website or channel has two or more technicians who are familiar with the laws and regulations of medical and health management and medical and health professional knowledge; To provide sexual knowledge propaganda, doctors 1 person should have the qualifications of deputy senior or above health professional and technical positions.

Nineteenth health administrative departments at all levels and the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine shall conduct daily supervision on the following contents:

(a) the authenticity and legality of the medical institution that runs the website of the medical institution;

(two) to provide sexual knowledge propaganda and general medical and health information services, whether to obtain the qualification of Internet medical and health information services, whether to provide services beyond the scope;

(three) to provide information services for sexual science research, whether the organizer has the corresponding qualifications, and whether it is open to non-professionals in violation of regulations;

(four) whether the use of sexual knowledge propaganda, scientific research and other names to spread obscene content, whether to publish illegal advertisements and banned advertisements.
