Principals should establish the guiding ideology of teaching priority and overall arrangement, which is the basic principle of school leadership management. Let me talk about my understanding of school teaching management. First, to improve the knowledge quality of all students, the principal should make a unified plan and look at the overall situation. Principals should attach importance to and do a good job in quality management, constantly improve work efficiency and raise the teaching quality of all subjects to a new level. To this end, the principal must be familiar with and proficient in school management. Soviet educator Suhomlinski believes that the principal must become an expert in teaching and education. He said: "The leadership of the school is first of all the leadership of educational thought, followed by the leadership of administrative management." The principal's main job is to go deep into teaching and study the laws of education and teaching in order to manage the school scientifically. As the principal of a school, we should first draw up the teaching plan of the whole school and organize teachers to study the syllabus issued by the state, because this is a legal document in teaching. Only by learning the syllabus well can teachers make clear the teaching purpose, teaching measures, teaching content and teaching direction. Teachers should be organized to discuss the teaching plan in order to improve it. Although these are platitudes, they are often ignored. Teaching first, comprehensive arrangement, should be implemented in time. The guidance office should arrange all the teaching activities in the course, organize teachers to work out the teaching schedule of each subject at the beginning of the semester, and help teachers prepare lessons. Prepare two lessons and one textbook to familiarize yourself with teaching.
