The contest refers to the national advertising art contest for college students, and the total number of finalists does not exceed 30% of the total number of entries in the province. Therefore, being shortlisted for the provincial competition means that the level of creators is above average in the province. The National College Students' Advertising Art Competition is the only national college art competition sponsored by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, undertaken by the Journalism Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and jointly undertaken by the Communication University of China and the Advertising Education Professional Committee of the Insect Higher Education Society.
