1927, Mao Zedong, Zhu De and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation opened a revolutionary road with China characteristics in Jinggangshan and became the cradle of China revolution. Today, we are gathered here to discuss the development plan of red tourism, which will definitely have a positive impact on the development of red tourism throughout the country. Jinggangshan Forum highlights two characteristics:

First, pay attention to the discussion of red tourism theory. This forum has been strongly supported by experts and scholars, who actively offer suggestions for the development of red tourism. In order to realize the sustainable development of red tourism, we must first make breakthroughs and innovations in theory and work out a feasible development plan for red tourism, so as to provide theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of red tourism. Only by in-depth study in theory can we grasp the main line of red tourism development in practice and avoid detours.

The second is to attach importance to the leading role of the government. The forum has been supported by the party committees and governments of the "six holy places" cities, and has conducted exchanges and cooperation for the development of red tourism. The development of red tourism can not be separated from the great attention of party committees and governments at all levels. Only under the leadership of local party committees and governments can red tourism maintain its continuous vitality. All localities, in combination with reality, constantly innovate and explore a feasible way for the development of red tourism.
