At the beginning of Zhenyuan in Tang Dynasty, Qiao Lin founded Gong Xue (now Suining No.1 Middle School) in the south of the city. In the past 30 years, when Zhang Jiu was in charge of Suizhou, he saw that Suining Gong Xue was deserted, so he devoted himself to repairing it and built an academy at the original site. So it was named Jiuzong Academy. Zhang lectured, planted cypress and camphor, vigorously advocated education, and made important contributions to the establishment of the school and the cultivation of talents. The school of Suining County in later generations is the site of Nine Academies. At first, the academy focused on individual learning, and later it became a semi-official and semi-civilian education center. At the end of the Five Dynasties, it was destroyed by Meng Zhixiang rebellion.
In the second year of Jiatai (1202), Shi and Zhao Shanxuan moved, built at the foot of the mountain and renamed. From the Tang and Song Dynasties to the Yuan Dynasty, the first one was the crown of Shu Academy. In the fourth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (137 1), Qian Shu, a Confucian scholar in Songjiang, knew Suining and donated money to rebuild it with Chen Shan, a fellow countryman in the same state. Teacher Yan teaches students. In the 9th year of Jiajing (1530), Zheng Zhongwei, a magistrate of a county, was rebuilt. In the 21st year, the scale was expanded and the regulations were complete.
At the end of Chongzhen, it was destroyed by fire. In the forty-third year of Qianlong (1778), Wang Shichun, who was awarded the quasi-magistrate by Li Jinyang, was still rebuilt in the former site of Shutaishan, and the academy was moved to the right of Xiaxuegong in Shutaishan, renamed Shu Tai Academy. The lecture hall is called "Xie Xiu" and inscribed with "Snow Mountain". There are seven study rooms, with the name of "Zhi Ming" in the east and "Zhiyuan" in the west. Then it gradually tilts.
