Introduction of Xiamen University:

Xiamen University, referred to as Xiamen University for short, is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. It is a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a key university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, Fujian Province and Xiamen City. Ranked among the national "double first-class", "2 1 1 project" and "985 project", it is the first batch of independent audit institutions authorized by academic degrees.

By April, 2022, eight disciplines of Xiamen University had been selected into the 2.0 Base of the Top-notch Student Training Program of the Ministry of Education, and 1 1 major (13 Project) had been selected into the excellent talents education training program of the Ministry of Education. 44 majors were selected as national first-class professional construction sites; 44 courses were selected into the first batch of first-class undergraduate courses in China.

The school was selected as the demonstration center of ideological and political education in the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, and two courses were selected as the demonstration courses of ideological and political education in the curriculum of the Ministry of Education.
