According to the notice issued by the Banner Committee and the Banner Government Office, the Bureau launched the rectification work style education activity, and entered the second stage on May 16. By setting up a suggestion box in the unit, accepting reports from the masses and employees, and holding a self-criticism forum, it realized self-examination, self-correction, supervision and inspection, and focused on checking whether there were problems such as ideological rigidity, self-isolation, and step-by-step work. Whether there are problems with work style, such as procrastination, shirking responsibility, walking around when encountering difficulties, and whether there are bad behaviors such as intrigue, being late for work and leaving early, surfing the Internet, chatting and playing games. The self-examination and rectification of the special activities of our bureau for serious work discipline and rectification of work style are hereby notified as follows:
I. Main problems
(A) the style of study is not strong, lack of positive awareness of learning
Although various units have taken a series of measures in recent years to require cadres and workers to strengthen their study, there are still some workers who have insufficient understanding of the importance of theoretical study, neglect the improvement of theoretical literacy, knowledge level, professional skills and work ability, and lack interest and enthusiasm in learning, which has little effect on some new policies and theories.
(B) floating work, lack of pragmatic work style
Supervision and self-examination were not thorough, and the problems were not corrected in time. Some work is completed after small achievements, and they think there is nothing to check and correct. Their understanding of the incident is one-sided, biased and incorrect. There are many passive implementations of work, but few active implementations. Most of them undertake the tasks assigned by leaders, do things according to orders more, prepare less in time, and handle emergency work in time and safely.
(C) hidebound, lack of innovative awareness of advancing with the times
Accustomed to step-by-step work, the pioneering spirit is not strong, the mind is not emancipated enough, and the spirit of striving for first-class and daring to fight for the first place is lacking. Dealing with things in a rut, fixed thinking, tired work and low efficiency.
(D) Absence of functions, lack of awareness of serving the people wholeheartedly.
The purpose consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly is not strong enough, and sometimes there will be an impatient and indifferent attitude towards the masses. We can't seriously and meticulously answer questions for the masses, deal with things, treat the masses as our brothers and sisters, treat each other sincerely, and deal with them sincerely.
Second, the future rectification measures
(1) Strengthen theoretical study and build a learning institution.

Continue to adhere to the established learning system, combine the current situation and the actual work of the unit, and seriously organize government officials to study the party's principles and policies, current affairs and politics, scientific and cultural knowledge, and laws, regulations and policies related to agriculture and animal husbandry.
