Summary report of medical students' internship 1
The short one-year internship is coming to an end. Looking back on the dribs and drabs of this period, although I can't say that I am passionate, I have paid a lot of effort and I am inevitably excited.
It's really sad to leave the teachers who led us into the ranks of doctors, but all things must come to an end. This time, the difference is that we can get together better next time. Our first experience as a doctor will never be forgotten. Here, I will make a small summary of the work and study of six members of our group in the past year, hoping to find some advantages and disadvantages and increase experience for future study and work.
Clinical practice is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, the cultivation and exercise of clinical skill operation, and the best training before our employment. Although this period of time is short, it is very important to each of us. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with teachers. When I first entered the ward, I always felt at a loss I am in a relatively unfamiliar state with my clinical work, and I still don't have a formed concept of what I can do in such a new environment.
Fortunately, some teachers introduced us to various departments, introduced some rules and regulations, the responsibilities of doctors at all levels and so on. And teach teachers rich experience, so that we can quickly adapt to the clinical work of various departments in the hospital. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for internship and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as a harvest in the internship stage: learning to adapt and learn to grow and survive in the new environment. To practice in the ward, you should have the most contact with patients, have a deep understanding of diseases and have a thorough grasp of basic skills.
The biggest and ultimate goal of learning is to cultivate good operating skills and improve various diagnosis and treatment skills. Therefore, under the teaching principle of "let go, don't look around, don't worry about looking around", actively strive for every exercise opportunity, at the same time, constantly enrich your clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask the teaching teacher or other teachers for questions you don't understand, and take knowledge notes. When teachers don't have time to answer questions, we will consult books after work, or consult teachers and more people, so as to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. According to the requirements of schools and hospitals, I actively completed medical record writing, teaching rounds and case discussions, and cultivated my writing, organization and expression skills.
During the internship in the hospital, everything we do is for the health of patients and the prognosis of diseases. We strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, and all operations strictly follow the aseptic principle. In internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics, we do all the work conscientiously, and under the guidance of teachers, we can correctly prevent, diagnose and deal with various common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases. Proficient in common clinical diagnosis and treatment skills. In the spirit of three basics and three strictness, I have cultivated and improved my ability to think and work independently. During this short internship, we gained a lot. If summed up in simple words, it will look pale and powerless, at least it can't be expressed accurately and clearly, but we have benefited a lot.
The harvest during the internship will lay a good foundation for our future work and study.
In a word, while thanking Linyi People's Hospital for cultivating our dribs and drabs, we will go to our respective posts with more proactive working attitude, more solid operational skills and deeper theoretical knowledge, improve our clinical work ability and do our best for the health cause!
Summary report of medical students' internship II
The year of 20__ is a busy year, a full and mature year, and an even more important year for our students in grade 20__, because in this year, we completed our clinical practice and handed over a satisfactory answer sheet to ourselves.
If I was just an ignorant medical student a year ago, immersed in book knowledge and knew little about clinical application, then my clinical practice this year really made me feel my changes.
Specifically, my main gains this year are as follows:
1. Combining theory with clinical practice. I have been studying medicine for four years, but the first three years were all pure theoretical knowledge in books, and the complicated technical terms really stumped us. Through the practice and personal experience in the department, I have seen the specific clinical manifestations of many diseases, further gained perceptual knowledge, and combined with books, I have a deeper understanding.
2. Improve medical skills. In clinical departments, through daily rounds and doctor's orders, we can flexibly master the specific diagnosis and treatment plans of different patients and diseases under different circumstances, and understand the differences of individuality, specificity and variability of diseases, and no longer stick to the theoretical outline in books.
3. Enhance hands-on ability. A major feature of clinical practice is that there are many opportunities for hands-on operation, such as gynecological examination in obstetrics and gynecology, bone marrow puncture and chest puncture in internal medicine, lumbar puncture in pediatrics, surgical debridement, suture and dressing change. And they can actively strive for personal experience by exerting their subjective initiative.
4. Learn to care about patients. When I first entered medical school, I once studied the oath of medical students, and I believe this will be the oath I believe in in my future life. Clinically, seeing so many patients' painful expressions and joy after recovery, I believe you will feel that it is worthwhile to be tired again. In the hospital, the doctor is a person that patients can trust completely, and your every move gets great attention. Therefore, please don't be stingy with your smile, even a simple greeting can sometimes help patients recover. As for the protection of patients' privacy, I learned it through practice.
5. Learn to respect and teach. Each of our students will have a tutor when they practice in the new department. Although some departments can only be taught by graduate students because of personnel restrictions, individual tutors are not necessarily knowledgeable, and some have no initiative to teach, but in any case, they are all your teachers and can help and guide you when necessary, so please respect them.
In a word, one year's clinical practice has come to an end, but the gains from it may be endless for life. Thank you for teaching us hard. Thanks to the patients, you have improved our clinical knowledge; Thanks to the classmates in the same group, you care about each other when necessary; I am more grateful to myself. It was my persistence that brought the internship to a successful conclusion and benefited a lot.

In a blink of an eye, the internship is over. Six months can be long or short, but it is the most substantial and meaningful half year. During my internship in the Third People's Hospital, I have matured a lot in my study, work, life and thoughts. During this internship, I accumulated the most precious wealth in my life. Although I was very bitter and tired during my internship, I learned a lot from it.
I remember that when I first entered the hospital as an intern, I knew nothing about the work of the hospital. Fortunately, my tutor, Mr. Wang, is good-tempered, patient and experienced, which makes me adapt to the hospital internship process quickly.
The internship time of half a year is short, and it is required to complete internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics and otolaryngology. Many departments only have a few weeks. In fact, internship can only give us a preliminary understanding of the nature and process of hospital work. For example, in pediatrics, we should learn to communicate with children, and in the operating room, we should strengthen the concept of sterility and exercise our courage. We have done these professional operations in otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and we may not meet them again in our future work.
In the past six months, my biggest feeling is a few words: smile, patience and carefulness. For example, when I was internship in hematology, most of the inpatients in hematology needed a long course of treatment because of some chronic diseases, so I had more time to communicate with them to get cooperation. Therefore, when I came to hematology for internship, I had to communicate effectively with patients in a different way. I think we should fully understand their feelings and be uncertain about their illness in the face of unfamiliar hospital environment. These factors will make patients have great fear, and maybe even vent their emotions on our medical staff. As a medical staff, I think that no matter what the situation, we should smile, use a smile to soothe patients' sad hearts, use a smile in exchange for a smile, communicate with our hearts, be patient with patients, and fulfill our duties with heart.
The short half-year internship life is coming to an end, and it also draws a perfect end to my beautiful college internship career. In the past six months, I have found my own value, and I have realized the ordinary greatness. I have no regrets about choosing a medical job.
Summary report of medical students' internship 5
Over the past year, under the leadership of the hospital party group, around the overall situation of hospital development, we have earnestly carried out various medical work and fully performed the duties of attending doctors. The following is a summary of my work:
First, strengthen political business study and constantly improve their own quality.
Over the past year, I have been able to actively participate in various learning activities organized by the hospital. At the same time, adhere to the principle of applying what you have learned and achieving something.
Do an organic combination, so that learning is work and work is learning, and the two promote each other and improve together. Especially by participating in various appraisal activities organized by the hospital, we found the gaps, problems and deficiencies in comparison with the advanced ones, and greatly improved our thinking, style, discipline, work standards, work quality and work efficiency.
Second, do a good job in medical work seriously and responsibly.
"Healing the wounded and dying" is the bounden duty of medical workers and an important part of social civilization. The progress of medical news plays an irreplaceable role in social development. Therefore, I am responsible for history, hospitals and patients, and actively do all the work. First, insist on business study without relaxation. Insist on learning the new achievements of theoretical research of anesthesiology, constantly absorb new nutrition, and promote the continuous improvement of their professional level. Second, adhere to the principle of "Excellence and meticulousness", warmly receive every patient, take every operation seriously, persist in dedicating work to society and love to patients, thus ensuring the quality of all work and being well received by all walks of life. In the whole year, cases were treated, cases were operated and cases were cured.
Third, be strict with yourself and actively contribute to the development of the hospital.
As a member of the hospital, it is my bounden duty to make informed suggestions. Over the past year, we have used our brains to put forward reasonable suggestions, give full play to the role of an old comrade, and focus on hospital construction, medical level improvement and business backbone training. At the same time, I am strict with myself, do not put on old qualifications, do not feel complacent, fully respect old comrades, sincerely care about young comrades, adhere to the work-oriented, abide by various disciplines, persist in working for the sick, be conscientious and work hard, and set up my own good image.
Over the past year, with the help of leaders and the support of comrades, although some achievements have been made in the work, there is still a big gap between the requirements of the organization and other comrades. In the future work, we should continue to work hard to overcome shortcomings and create more excellent work results.
