The enrollment school may, according to the loss of new students and the number of online students in previous years, put forward the over-enrollment ratio (or number) to the provincial adult college enrollment office, which shall be implemented according to the enrollment regulations after being audited by the provincial adult college enrollment office. Among them, the proportion of over-enrollment at the undergraduate level shall not exceed 5% of the number of announced enrollment plans, and the over-enrollment must be online students.

At the time of admission, the admissions office of provincial adult colleges and universities shall review the admission list of enrollment schools according to the national enrollment policy, supervise their admission, and correct the situation that does not meet the enrollment policy. At the same time, all enrollment schools should also play the role of discipline inspection and supervision departments, strengthen self-supervision in schools and establish a self-restraint mechanism.
(3) The minimum admission control score is determined according to the scores of the unified examination subjects (the "3+2" examination subject reform pilot is divided into five examination subjects), in which foreign language scores are not included in the total score. Undergraduate level (including undergraduate, junior college, the same below) admission minimum control score line is determined by the provincial adult college admissions office after submitting a plan to the Ministry of Education for review. The requirements for candidates' specialized courses and single subjects are determined by the provincial adult college admissions office.
