3. Candidates who have been exempted from physical education class for a long time due to injury, but have not lost their athletic ability, should have the medical records of hospitals above Grade II and Grade A, and the scores of junior high school graduates in the senior high school entrance examination should be included in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination according to 60% of the total scores of junior high school graduates in 2022;
4. Candidates who are temporarily unable to participate in the physical examination of junior high school graduates due to injury or accident may apply for an extension of the examination and make-up examination for one time.
