How to Cultivate Primary School Students' Color Ability of Gouache Painting
Art is visual art, and the core of art lies in creation. The basic elements of art composed of line, shape, color and painting are the core of art education. Color is one of the aesthetic information. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate children's understanding of the nature of color. In art education, it is helpful to develop children's ability to recognize colors through artistic activities and reveal the chromaticity law based on color law, which is helpful to cultivate children's aesthetic interest. As far as cultivating children's color ability is concerned, I think it is very helpful for children to know color in gouache activities. Based on my own teaching practice, I talk about how to cultivate primary school students' color ability in gouache painting. First of all, teachers should have rich knowledge of gouache colors, so that students can have a strong interest in exploring colors in gouache activities. It is very important for primary school teachers to understand the regularity of color. Teachers themselves should have a deep understanding of color and a certain degree of color literacy. Color is bright, which is a cognitive defect of color blindness. Color includes primary color, intermediate color, complex color, lightness, hue and saturation, and bright color, hue and saturation are the three elements of color. In primary school teaching, students mainly learn to distinguish and use the primary colors and intermediate colors of basic colors, and they can also have several compound colors, such as brown, magenta and achromatic color, and then learn to distinguish the lightness and saturation of colors. Understanding of color helps children to use color more consciously. Of course, in art activities, it is more important to use students' spontaneous and instinctive emotional impulses to let them choose the use of colors wholeheartedly and freely. Let them gain rich color experience and opportunities to fully display their potential. Interest is the premise of getting started and the best teacher. Cultivating interest is the forerunner of student education, and curiosity is the forerunner of interest. Without curious psychological activities, there will be no interest. We should correctly treat the transfer of children's interests. Children have a wide range of interests and strong curiosity, and they want to touch and try everything. This is the normal performance of healthy children. It is wise to satisfy their thirst for knowledge and curiosity as much as possible. If he used to like painting, but suddenly he doesn't like it, he must analyze the reasons. It may be that the improper guidance of adults has hurt his interest and can be remedied. You may also encounter something more attractive, and your heart is not a bad thing. Most children like color very much, which provides a good premise for color teaching. In order to guide them to pursue color, develop color ability and cultivate aesthetic taste, I started with gouache painting and guided them to improve gradually with purpose and plan. First, guide students to pursue the cognitive color in life. For example, some children's cushions are brightly colored, harmonious and beautiful. Before the children attend class, I consciously shouted to let the children find out: Ah! Student cushions are really beautiful. Yellow and blue are very beautiful together. Your mother has a good eye! Wow! This cushion is also good, with red and yellow flowers. It looks great! In my pretence, the children were attracted one by one, and they all enjoyed it with dignity. Not to be outdone, some children said, Miss Huang, my cushion is beautiful, too! You see, there are such beautiful colors, which I like best! Therefore, children must find their own cushions and are eager to introduce their beautiful cushions. Taking this opportunity, I designed gouache "Beautiful Little Cushion" to guide children to express themselves with their favorite bright colors in the form of group paintings. As a result, beautiful skirts, small towels, festive decorations and other good themes appeared. I randomly guide children to find colorful colors in their lives, and design activities with my heart, so that children can gradually become interested in colors in curiosity and interest. Second, consciously guide children to pursue the charm of color in gouache activities. According to the characteristics of gouache, I consciously guide children to discover the magic of gouache pigment in graffiti and actively explore colors. First of all, I let my children know all kinds of gouache colors. Seeing this, they are eager to try. I also encourage them to say: If you play games with them on white paper, you will find new things. As a result, the children can't wait to draw these colors on the drawing paper and play. They were surprised to find that the original color disappeared, but it became many colors they had seen and never seen, and it was a little gloomy. In this way, children like gouache activities just like discovering the new continent. Secondly, teachers consciously and purposefully guide students to master some color skills in gouache activities, improve students' color ability and enhance their aesthetic feeling. Aesthetic feeling is a personal subjective experience, which varies greatly from individual to individual. In order to improve their color ability in all aspects and give them a strong sense of beauty, I started with the color law of gouache painting, guided them purposefully and planned, and gradually improved their color ability. Guide students to learn color knowledge from gouache games. Pupils are in a state of disorientation and irregularity. Although their preference for color is related to personality, temperament and interest, especially age, in most cases, it is a subconscious choice. We can't ask students to use the standards of adult painting. Teachers should start with children's painting psychology, design interesting topics, infiltrate rational guidance, and let children learn color knowledge in play and painting. 1. Primary color exercises. Let the children draw flowers and fireworks of various colors on paper with dark background. They found that bright colors on black made the picture look great. 2. Choose a color similar to the object. With the gradual improvement of primary school students' color perception ability, their color discrimination ability has also changed from coarse to fine. In the early stage of guiding primary school students to choose colors, they can be inspired to choose the most prominent and simple colors. When choosing colors, teachers should pay attention not to say colors absolutely, but to stimulate students' observation ability, so that students can draw conclusions and show them through observation. For example, "Trees", I organized them to observe the colors of trunks and leaves on the playground, and let them show the colors they found in the process of painting. So some students use green, black or even white besides brown when drawing tree trunks. When some students draw leaves, there are green ones, yellow ones, blue ones and even black ones to mix different greens to draw tender, old, green and dirty leaves. 3. Color matching. Color collocation is more based on students' perception of color, relying on intuitive feelings to create, and expressing personal interest in color from the perspective of students' aesthetic view of color. Pupils basically use the method of obvious contrast between tones to explore the contrast between primary colors, between primary colors and intermediate colors, and between tones of the same color, thus making the picture colorful. For example, when instructing them to draw "The Vase", many primary school students like to use red with yellow and yellow with purple, so I said to them: In fact, blue, black and brown all want to decorate your vase and let them match other colors, which will also look good! The children creatively matched these colors with other colors, and achieved good results, gradually improving their sense of color and color matching. It is forbidden to teach students an inherent color matching method, which hinders their creation. 4. Tone. From local color matching to overall color matching, it reflects the relationship between color and content. For example, guide students to express holiday atmosphere with warm colors and express night and winter with cool colors. In color matching, it is not limited by the law of color matching, but by intuition, so the use of color will be very bold. Teachers should encourage students to boldly use their intuition to choose a variety of color schemes, and pay equal attention to their color feelings. For example, guide children to draw "It's raining" and organize students to observe the color of the rainy sky, the color of pedestrians' clothes and the color of umbrellas in the rain. Therefore, children use gray tones to express the color of the sky, and with colorful umbrellas and raincoats, the picture effect will be much better. 2. Respect students' personal color style. Some students prefer some darker and gray colors. At this time, the teacher can't force the child to use bright colors, let alone attack the child's color consciousness with words: Why is it so ugly? It's dark. Teachers should understand children's psychology: why use these colors? And give proper guidance, seek light in the dark, and make children's works bright and cheerful. For example, when painting "Earth", a child in Zhang Shiyu painted the buildings on the earth very dirty and the ground was painted black. Only after asking her did she know that the earth was polluted and human beings were sick. So, I immediately led the children in Zhang Shiyu to say: Your works are very expressive, but human beings are sick, so sad. We all want to wear beautiful clothes and live happily on the green earth. You see, the unified river in Liuhe County has been protected, transformed and strengthened in many ways in recent years. How blue and clear the water is and how happy those fish are! Later, I used white, blue and other bright colors to save my work with her. Now, students' ability to distinguish lightness and saturation of colors is gradually improving. While expressing emotional ability with color, with the development of cognitive ability, children can color according to the inherent color of objects. There are many kinds of colors in the picture, which are bright and rich, and sometimes they can cooperate with the theme to express the picture. Guiding primary school students to improve their color ability in art appreciation is an important content of primary school students' art education. Aesthetic experience comes from the interaction between individuals and works. The perception of visual art depends not only on the general perception ability, but also on the skills of appreciating art forms. German educator Skvaz 1965 draws the conclusion that students' artistic taste and creativity are influenced by artistic works in the surrounding environment. Famous paintings are rich in variety and perfect in color. When guiding them to appreciate, I use easy-to-understand and concise language to guide children, and combine their existing color knowledge to grasp the color direction of the work. At the same time, guide children to fully express their feelings about painting with their own experiences, encourage children to express their feelings boldly, and then provide materials for children to imitate with their feelings and understanding. Improve your color ability imperceptibly and get rich aesthetic experience. Strive to create an environment to perceive beauty and give students the opportunity to experience and perceive beauty to the maximum extent. Make full use of various means to guide them to consciously establish a good aesthetic feeling, stimulate their artistic feelings, and form a strong atmosphere of expressing beauty and creating beauty. To sum up, teachers should grasp the psychological characteristics and age characteristics of children's painting, use various means and forms to provide children with colorful environment and conditions, respect children's personal aesthetic tendency, give timely encouragement, constantly improve children's color ability, enhance children's aesthetic taste, and make them have a unique personal color style and creatively express beauty. Therefore, boldly let students express their inner world with brushes and give appropriate guidance, and our art education will surely bear fruitful results.
