Even after many years, only those students who are particularly polite and respect the teacher are left in the teacher's memory. They are like a beam of light, enough to illuminate the heart that is gradually numb by heavy work and make people feel warm.

I remember teaching a student many years ago, who was particularly poor at learning and was not good at communicating with others. He seldom speaks in class, often sits in his seat silently, and comes last in every exam. I hardly talked to him. Once, after the bell rang, I went to the classroom. The boy ran ahead of me. I thought he was busy entering the classroom. Unexpectedly, he rushed to the door and opened it. He didn't enter the classroom by himself, but took a step back and flashed his whole body aside, waiting for me to enter the classroom. At that moment, it completely changed my view of him. Now, he should be twenty-one or twenty-two. I have long forgotten his name, but the scene when he opened the door for me is deeply imprinted in my mind. It's warm and touching.

On the other hand, students who don't respect their teachers, no matter how well they study, are likely to be disliked. I met such a student this morning. In the morning self-study class, in order to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, I let students of grade 4 1 and grade 42 sit in a classroom to study. When class was over, the monitor reported that there were two boys fighting in Class 42. I asked them to stand outside the classroom and deal with it after class. But after class, both of them ran away and disappeared. I'm a little angry. Why did the teacher leave without letting me go? Later, I found these two students on the playground. I asked them, "Why are you fighting in the classroom?" A student said, "We are just having fun." "Let you endorse in class, how do you play? Besides, who told you to finish class? " The boy immediately raised the volume by eight degrees and said, "Who told you to call us out?" Hearing this, I flew into a rage, severely scolded him and made him stand at the door for half an hour. He was very wronged, and his tears pattered away, but when I looked at him again, I had no good feelings in the past.

At noon, I mentioned him to the class teacher again. The head teacher told me that the student had called twice this week, but none of the students could call yesterday. Speaking of this, the class teacher also gnashed his teeth at him. What's the use of such a student even if he studies hard?

I had a good impression of him before, but since this happened, I can't help feeling disgusted with this student. Although I know it's wrong, I still can't control this idea. Perhaps it is also an instinct to hate "evil".

A point of sincere respect brings a point of interest, and a point of sincere respect brings a lot of interests. Being sincere to others means being solemn to yourself.
