1. Click Student Status Management, click Comprehensive Query, and click Student Status File Query.

2. Select the grade name to query in the query criteria, and click the query button.

3. Point out the student information list. More documents.

4. Select the contents to be exported: student's name, student number, class, ID number, gender, nationality, family member's name, home address and telephone number.

5. Open the exported. Csv file and save it as. Xls file.
