The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development stipulates that the time of continuing education for first-class builders is once every three years, that is, once every three years. The initial registrant can apply within 3 years from the date of issuing the qualification certificate. Those who fail to apply within the time limit must meet the requirements of continuing education in this major before applying for initial registration.
First-class registered professional construction engineers shall participate in continuing education for no less than 120 hours per registration cycle, including 60 hours of compulsory courses and 60 hours of elective courses. Registered two or more majors, each additional major should also participate in 60 hours of continuing education in the added major, including 30 hours of compulsory courses and 30 hours of elective courses.
Registered architects who engage in the following work and obtain corresponding certificates within the validity period of each registration can be regarded as part of the elective courses of continuing education. Within the validity period of each registration, the cumulative hours of continuing education elective courses shall not exceed 60 hours.
(a) to participate in the preparation and proposition work of the national construction engineer qualification examination outline, each time for 20 hours.

(3) If academic papers on construction project management are published in publicly issued provincial and ministerial periodicals, each article of the first author will count as 10 class hour; Publicly published monographs and textbooks of more than 50,000 words, the first and second authors each count 20 hours.

Methods of continuing education for first-class builders 1. Registered construction engineer should choose the training unit published by China Construction Engineer Network to receive continuing education in the place where the enterprise is registered.
2. A first-class registered construction engineer who is the project leader outside the place where the enterprise is registered can receive continuing education at the place where the project is located after being reported to the professional lead department for the record.
Individual professional registered construction engineers can participate in continuing education across regions under the unified arrangement of leading professional departments. A registered architect may, within the validity period of each registration, arrange the hours of continuing education centrally or annually according to the needs of his work.
Continuing education cannot be registered in the name of an individual, but only in the name of a unit. You can sign up at the local housing and construction bureau to participate in the study. Continuing education generally takes the form of online learning and examination. After passing the examination, you can obtain a certificate of continuing education and then renew your registration certificate.
The constructor shall conduct continuing education every three years and put forward further opinions according to the situation of continuing education. If there is no continuing education during this period and the time has expired, it is recommended that you report to your registered unit for continuing education in the second year, and there is no problem of invalidation.
