Please contact Changchun Vocational and Technical College with the personnel departments of the municipal (state) education bureaus and related institutions for reference and organize the registration work.

Second, about the time for examination registration and filling in the registration materials.

The registration time for candidates in the province is: 201April1May to 23 (no rest on Saturday and Sunday). Each test center will submit the registration materials (including photos) to the information office of the provincial examination office in the form of CD. The deadline for submission of registration data is 2065438+March 25th, 2004, and the data cannot be changed after submission.

Third, about the examination schedule.

This exam will be held on April 20 19 14. The exam is divided into morning and afternoon.

Four. Relevant requirements for candidates' registration

1. According to the requirements of the Education Department of Jilin Province, the test center must strictly examine the registration qualifications when candidates register.

2. The examination registration software uses the self-taught examination management system in a unified way, and the examination center can download the examination plan from the provincial self-taught examination project management platform.

3. According to the requirements of the Education Department of Jilin Province, when organizing candidates to register, each test center must verify the identity of candidates on the spot and take photos to collect the image information of candidates. It is forbidden to scan photos.

4. After the registration is over, no supplementary reporting procedures and data changes will be handled.

Five, about the examination registration fee standard.

According to the provisions of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on the examination fee, all candidates who take the examination pay the examination fee 160 yuan each time they apply for the examination, which will be uniformly collected by the test centers that organize the registration. The test center will pay the registration fee in full to the Jilin Higher Education Self-taught Examination Office within the time specified in the provincial examination documents (issued separately).
