1. Description of the second-level architect: The second-level architect exam is valid for 4 years. If all subjects pass the examination within the validity period, the Beijing Registered Architect Management Committee will issue the second-class registered architect qualification certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC). The architectural design scope of the second-class registered architect is limited to undertaking the projects below Grade III (including Grade III) of the civil engineering grade standard stipulated by the state; Non-registered architects are allowed to design projects below level 5. The registration of Grade II registered architects is the responsibility of Beijing Certified Architects Management Committee.
2. Grade management of second-level architects: The first subject "Pre-design work" (45 questions) and the second subject "site design" (45 questions) in the original qualification examination outline of first-level registered architects were merged into one subject "Pre-design and site design" (90 questions in total). Candidates who have passed the original "pre-design work" subject only take 46-90 questions; Candidates who passed the original course "Site Design" only took the test No.65438 +0-45. Candidates who fail in the subjects of "Preliminary Design Work" and "Site Design" or fail to apply for the exam need to take the topic of "Preliminary Design and Site Design" 1-90. At present, architectural scheme design and architectural technical design have replaced the original topic, architectural design and expression, which are 6 hours and 5 hours respectively. Candidates who fail or fail to register for the original topic "Architectural Design and Performance" need to register for two subjects.
