major duty
(a) to implement the national education laws, regulations and policies, study and put forward the strategies, policies and plans of the city's education reform and development, draft the city's policies and regulations on education and supervise their implementation.
(two) responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of schools in the city's secondary and secondary education; According to the setting standards, responsible for the setting and adjustment of schools at all levels; Guide the reform of education and teaching, and be responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information.
(three) responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and promoting education equity, responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education, guiding the work of ordinary high school education, preschool education and special education, and comprehensively implementing quality education.
