G60 Science and Technology Corridor focuses on the introduction of talents who meet the following conditions in projects, first-,second-and third-class supporting enterprises and regional institutions:

1. Sign a labor (employment) contract or service contract with the employer for one year or more;

2. Talents in 2.G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor scored more than 40 points;

3. The family has no property right or the per capita housing construction area is less than 15 square meters.

Second, the application materials

1. Songjiang district talent apartment application form (with electronic version);

2. Married persons provide marriage certificates;

3. The educated provide the child's birth certificate or household registration certificate.

Third, the bidding procedure.

(1) Identification of talent apartments. Talent apartments built by the district government as a whole shall be directly reported to the Office of the Talent Work Coordination Group by the District Housing Security Bureau. Other talent apartments, according to the "talent apartment identification procedures (Trial)" implementation.

(2) Operation of talent apartments. The recognized talent apartment operators will publicize all the rental, rental prices and related charges on Songjiang Talent Network, and dynamically update relevant information.

(3) talent apartment application. Qualified personnel apply to the employer, and the employer verifies the situation and reports it to the district talent service center.

A talented apartment with rent. The district talent service center shall summarize the applications, and after being audited by the district human resources and social security bureau, report to the office of the district talent work coordination group to convene relevant functional departments for joint examination and approval, classify and rent the talent apartments built by the district government as a whole, and determine the waiting list and order, as well as the list of people who are qualified to rent other talent apartments.

(5) Renting talent apartments. Qualified talents shall sign a lease contract with the talent apartment operator with the Songjiang Talent Apartment Lease Contact Form issued by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and go through the check-in formalities. The operation direction of talent apartment shall be reported to the district talent service center.

(6) granting subsidies. Subsidies for the operators of talent apartments built by non-district governments as a whole are paid quarterly. If the total amount of personnel subsidy funds approved in that year exceeds the annual budget, the waiting system will be implemented according to the rental time, and the payment will be postponed.
