The plot of the film describes a period of aristocratic sadness in Taisho, Japan. Tsuki Satoshi plays Ito Matsuzaka, the son of the Marquis, and Becco, his childhood sweetheart, is cut off by the royal family. [Edit this paragraph] Summary
The story describes a sad love story of a couple who came from a noble family in Taisho era and experienced a bumpy fate.
Tsumabuki Satoshi, the heir of the Marquis of Matsuzaka, grew up with Becco, the daughter of the Earl's family. I clearly know Becco's love for myself, but I can only show my mind with clumsy love. Qingxian has never had the courage to tell her. One morning in winter, two people went out to enjoy the snow in a carriage. In the quietly falling snow, they frankly faced each other's youth and Becco for the first time and kissed each other naturally for the first time. This is a moment as beautiful as ever. ...
At a dinner party, Becco was introduced to the prince of Dongyuan Palace. For the declining Ayakura family, getting engaged to Miyagi family is a good opportunity to revive the family style. Although Becco wanted to know what Qingxian thought, Qingxian refused to contact Becco because of misunderstanding. Becco was very disappointed and had to agree to the marriage. Becco's marriage soon became a foregone conclusion. The engagement with the palace is a foregone conclusion and cannot be cancelled. When she knew that she couldn't get Zi Cong, Qingxian found out how much she loved her. Love for Becco is like losing everything. I just want to find Becco's love again. Becco once gave up explicit love, and later accepted explicit love, but it was forbidden "forbidden love". The two can only enjoy happy time through secret trysts. Finally, through the efforts of many friends, the two can make a private appointment for life; However, due to the marriage between Becco and His Royal Highness Naomami, the complicated problem of "Three big noble" was involved, which caused them to fall into a painful and unsolvable triangle exercise.
However, the cruel fate did not care for the lovers. Their love can only fly in the air with an extremely graceful gesture like Chun Xue, but it can only vanish after landing. The tragedy that brought nightmares to Qingxian and Becco happened. ...
[Edit this paragraph] Oral part
After listening to "Be My Last" created by Utoda for the film, director Isao Yukisada said with great appreciation: "Utoda's music world seems to echo the touching story in this film, showing an infinitely wide range and musical charm, which makes people very moved."
The photographer invited Li Pingbin, a well-known Asian photographer. She has participated in such famous works as The Best Time (directed by Hou Xiaoxian), In the Mood for Love (directed by Wong Kar-wai) and Summer Solstice (directed by Chen Yingxiong), and enjoys a high reputation for her beautiful images. We also invited Noboru Shinoda, a famous photographer who won the lighting master in academy award for best cinematography, Japan with "Calling for Love in the Center of the World", and together with Yuuki Nakamura, created a beautiful and moving picture of Taisho era in Japan.
1997, Jin Mucong stood out in the large-scale audition of 3 million people, and his man-like affinity and lively and cheerful personality next door were deeply loved by the audience. The water boy of 200 1 marks the beginning of Jin mucong's popularity on the big screen. With this film, he won the Best Newcomer Award in the 39th Japan Film Awards, the Special Individual Award in Japan's Annual Film Screening Awards, and even the title of Best Actor in Japan's Oscar.
The Japanese drama Pride, which cooperated with Kimura Takuya, became an instant hit. She participated in many plays and movies and was deeply loved by young women. She won the Best Actress Oscar in Japan for her film "The ecliptic". In 2005, I really want to see you again, and Suguru Takeuchi seems to be able to handle it with ease. I believe that more honed bamboo will bring more mature performance in this new film. Chun Xue is another hot topic after I really want to see you now.
Mitchy, who has a particularly seductive temperament, is not only a singer, but also participates in TV series, movies and stage plays. In recent years, she has won the title of writer. His Japanese dramas, such as Online Love, World of Ice and Snow, White Pagoda and Ninzaburou, are all familiar to the audience, and his eye-catching performance can also be seen in the plays.
[Edit this paragraph] behind-the-scenes production
[Yukio Mishima's masterpiece]
Yukio Mishima is a famous Japanese writer who entered the literary world after World War II. Born in a bureaucratic family, he was educated in an aristocratic school in Japan. His works are famous for their aesthetic style full of Japanese aesthetic feeling and spiritual connotation of "harmony with the soul". Chun Xue is Mishima's last novel-the first part of the Samsara Trilogy, The Abundant Sea. The novel describes the love story between young aristocrats in Taisho era. In Mishima's works, the affection between the son of Marquis Ito and the daughter of Earl Becco is quaint, sad and subtle, full of the beauty of Japanese dynasty literature. At the same time, Mishima also expressed his views on life and death in his works. This work is praised by Kawabata Yasunari as a modern version of The Tale of Genji, which has been translated into many languages and is deeply loved by readers all over the world. The year 2005 is the 80th anniversary of Yukio Mishima's birth and the 35th anniversary of his death. His son Ichiro Mishima also participated in the planning of the film "Chun Xue" released in memory of this writer.
[Selected Director Isao Yukisada]
Both francis coppola and Chen Kaige intended to put Mishima's Chun Xue on the screen, but they didn't get it. In the autumn of 2003, Hiroaki Fujii, a producer who planned to shoot Mishima's works for many times, put forward the idea of a film version of Chun Xue, and began to prepare related matters. A few months later, Isao Yukisada was appointed as the director of the film, and Chihiro It?, the screenwriter who worked with him on Calling for Love in the Center of the World, was responsible for writing the script. Isao Yukisada served as Shunji Iwai's assistant, and participated in the production of Love Letters and Butterflies. 65438-0997 started directing films independently. 200 1 year, go! The film The Great Escape won the best film award at the Japanese Academy Awards that year, and Isao Yukisada has attracted wide attention since then. The pure love story "Calling for Love in the Center of the World" in 2004 and the historical blockbuster "The Year of the North" in early 2005 are both good themes. This is a director who not only has box office appeal, but also is good at showing Japanese emotional charm. I also expect him to be the director of this film.
[Elite lineup]
Young actors Tsubu Satoshi and Suguru Takeuchi Zi, who are favored by director Isao Yukisada, starred in this film. The former became a hit with the youth film "Five Boys Saving Water" and was called the most suitable actor for students. In Chun Xue, he appeared in a student costume. The latter has starred in the movie "The Return of the Zombies" and the TV series "Lovers on Ice", and is an actress who has become popular in recent years. The first cooperation between the two was quite remarkable.
Taiwan Province photographer Li Pingbin, who is good at reflecting the beauty of the picture, was invited as the general director of the film. His masterpieces include Flowers on the Sea directed by Hou Xiaoxian and In the Mood for Love directed by Wong Kar-wai. Taro Iwashiro, who is active in many music fields, provided the music for this film. In this film, Dai Yan uses symphonies and piano solos to describe the aristocratic love stories and the emotional undercurrents of the characters in this Taisho era.
The theme song of the film was composed and sung by Japanese little diva Utoda, who was silent for a year and a half. This single "be my last" was released one month before the film was released, and it was the first in the sales list of ORICON as soon as it was released.
[All kinds of discontent]
In 2004, Calling for Love in the Center of the World, directed by Isao Yukisada, was a great success, with a box office score of more than 8 billion yen, which attracted attention from all walks of life and became a hot spot. When "Chun Xue" was released, while this wave of pure love movies was still being shown, Matsuzaka also played propaganda keywords such as "pure love" and "sadness" to attract attention. However, director Isao Yukisada said that his work is not a film aimed at making people cry. As a result, some viewers who are looking forward to wiping their tears in the darkness of the cinema are quite dissatisfied with this film, which is difficult to arouse empathy, and some even quit halfway.
Shortly after the film was released, it was reported that Tsuki Satoshi was likely to continue to star in the sequel. However, many people who have read the original novel think that the film is an independent work without considering the sequel, and regret that the film has cut down the important foreshadowing of the original. Hiroshi Iinuma, the protagonist in the second part of the Toyohashi trilogy, is the son of the character Minuma in the first Chun Xue. In order to cut down the details in the film version, the scholar who played an important role in the original did not appear at all.
[Edit this paragraph] Film Review
A word evaluation
A dream story is like a beautiful antique without connotation.
-Yomiuri Shimbun
The film replaces the outstanding expressive force of the original with the beauty of the picture.
-Sports magazine
Tsuki Satoshi brilliantly shows an aristocratic youth who is addicted to love, while Suguru Takeuchi really doesn't have the demeanor of a woman in Taisho era.
About the film
Chun Xue is adapted from Yukio Mishima's literary masterpiece. The hero and heroine are played by popular actors Jin Mucong and Yuko Takeuchi respectively, which makes the film more enjoyable. The story tells the sad story of a couple who came from a famous family in Taisho era and experienced a bumpy fate. Yukio Mishima tells a beautiful and delicate court love tragedy. The story extends to the cycle of time and space, which is impressive and full of oriental sentiment.
The Sea of Abundance is the final work of Yukio Mishima's literature, and it is a tragic masterpiece that he finished in the morning when he died (1970165438+1October 25th, the chief officer of the Eastern Ministry of Land Defence in Tokyo Valley committed suicide by caesarean section). Before his death, Yukio Mishima always told his friends that the completion of the trilogy "The Sea of Abundance" was the end of his life. The trilogy "The Sea" can be said to reflect the basic characteristics of Yukio Mishima's aesthetic thoughts and all his creations, and is full of literary thoughts.
Chun Xue is the first in the series of Yukio Mishima's masterpiece The Abundant Sea. The style of the work transcends this world and leads readers into the magnificent world of dream reincarnation. Even among Yukio Mishima's numerous works, their artistry has been highly praised and translated and circulated by countries all over the world.
Isao Yukisada is the most popular Japanese box office director, and his film The Great Escape won several film awards. His other film, Calling for Love in the Center of the World, adapted the best-selling novel into a pure love movie, which successfully set a new box office record in the history of Japanese movies (8.5 billion won/6.3 million people watched/the sixth highest box office in the history of Japanese movies) and promoted the pure love trend of Japanese movies. After "The Center of the World" called for love, he once again challenged this sad and beautiful love story with his excellent directing skills and image taste.

In order to truly reproduce the life of the aristocratic class at that time, Dongbao Company set up a luxurious, exquisite and meticulous set in the studio. During the filming, Taiwan Province actor Zhang zhen, Korean director Jin Zhiyun and other international filmmakers came to visit and exchange, which left a deep impression.

[Edit this paragraph] Wonderful dialogue
Becco: Qingxian, what will happen to you if I suddenly disappear?
Becco: Doing so will lead to punishment.
Qingxian: I am willing to bear any punishment.
Bendo: Is this the Becco you want to see? Even do such a thing for this?
Qingxian: Yes, I am eager to see her.
Qingxian: I just had a dream. We'll meet again. I believe we will meet again, under the waterfall. ...
[Edit this paragraph] Create an interview.
Q: The theme of Chun Xue is the aristocratic society in Taisho era. What kind of movie is this?
Isao Yukisada: 1 year ago, before I decided what kind of movie to make, I watched Yukio Mishima's series "Feng Hai Chun Xue", so I wanted to make Mishima's works into movies.
I myself am deeply influenced by Mishima's works. I like several of his works, but the series The Abundant Sea impressed me the most. The film takes reincarnation as the theme, which is especially story-telling. Two people who have made eternal promises can only wait quietly for the tragedy to come. Some people say that the theme of tragic love is that I want to show this.
Q: Tochiki Satoshi and Yuko Takeuchi, please talk about your roles.
Tsuki Satoshi: Read the script before reading the original. Because I am particularly competitive, I want to "get this role anyway." In order to show the difference between the original and the film, I made great efforts. This performance is a battle between me and myself, so I have been paying attention to calm down and stare at myself again.
Yuko Takeuchi: I read the original first, and all I can think of is the act of wearing kimono and the impression of being the daughter of the count. But according to the director's request, it is better to put aside the original impression in your mind and reshape the role first. Of course, playing Yukio Mishima is very stressful. But the story and form of the film attracted me very much and made me willing to accept this challenge.
Q: Please tell the director his impression of the two leading actors.
Isao Yukisada: When Tsumu Cong was on the set, he made two films at the same time. I feel that he is a particularly reliable actor now compared with a few years ago. He knows where he should stand and how to perform. His performance is very natural.
Because it is the first time to cooperate with Yuko Takeuchi, I feel a bit of a brief encounter. Suguru Takeuchi is very noble, and her gestures are all the daughters of our imaginary earl. Interestingly, however, Suguru Takeuchi privately lowered his instantaneous expression. For example, when filming a kissing scene, she showed a particularly good expression at the moment of kissing.
[Edit this paragraph] Novel of the same name
The first chapter of Yukio Mishima's novel The Abundant Sea.
Described the love story of a pair of noble youths in Taisho period. In the book, Ito Matsuzaka, the son of the Marquis, was fostered in the home of Count Ayakura to learn the elegance of the nobility. During this period, he got along well with the Earl's daughter, Miss Becco, and forged a profound friendship. However, due to the arrogance and naivety of his youth, he showed his male chauvinism from time to time, which deeply hurt Becco, who loved him, and forced her to agree to the family arrangement and the proposal of Dongyuan Palace. He didn't regret it until everything was irreversible. He had an affair with Satoko again and again, which eventually made Becco pregnant, thus causing great disaster. Finally, in order to protect his love, Becco rebelled against becoming a monk, and Qingxian was exhausted by missing Becco, only 20 years old.
The author's description is delicate and euphemistic, with the style of ancient dynasties. It makes people sad and unable to extricate themselves.
