So how can we do it? I think: in teaching, we can't make Chinese a legal course, and we can't ignore the legal education factors contained in Chinese textbooks. Teachers should organically integrate legal knowledge into the teaching content of the main classroom according to the teaching objectives of Chinese, realize the inherent teaching objectives of the course, and at the same time enhance students' legal awareness, so that Chinese teaching and legal education can be integrated, thus achieving the effect of killing two birds with one stone.
Chinese teaching plays a unique role in law education. In Chinese teaching, we can cultivate students' legal awareness and improve their legal quality through various ways with the help of subject characteristics. Let me briefly talk about how I infiltrated law education in Chinese teaching.
First, dig deep into teaching materials and infiltrate them in time.
Most primary school texts are excellent works with both literary quality and quality carefully selected by editors from famous works at home and abroad, and many of them can be used as good teaching materials for legal education, which requires teachers to dig in time, link the teaching materials with legal education, and carry out targeted legal awareness training and legal knowledge education for students.
1, grasp the explanation of words. For example, when teaching the word "support", teachers should link it with "support", pointing out that "support" means that parents or elders raise their offspring, while "support" means that adult children support their parents or elders. After the students understand the meaning, the teacher further guides the students: in the law on the protection of minors, the law on the prevention of juvenile delinquency and other legal documents, it is stipulated that parents have the obligation to raise and educate their children, and adult children also have the obligation to support the elderly. Rights and obligations are equal. You have the right to ask your parents for education and support, but you also have the corresponding obligation to support your parents, so as to understand that you should fulfill your obligations while enjoying your rights.
For another example, the word "looking for money without ignorance" in the dictionary means "looking for money without hiding it for yourself" In addition, the teacher should further explain from the perspective of the legal system. If we find someone else's lost valuables and don't want to return them and keep them for ourselves, according to the current law, this behavior belongs to theft. To this end, no matter from which level, we need to have the most detailed and comprehensive understanding of the words in life.
2. Grasp the understanding of sentences. For example, Qiu, my comrade-in-arms, is a touching lesson and an example of ideological education for students. In teaching, I caught the fire burning on him for more than half an hour before it gradually went out. The great soldier didn't move an inch until his last breath, and didn't let out a moan. The two key words "one inch" and "one sound" in the book let students know that it is understandable to make "a little groan, a little movement", but Qiu failed to do so. Guide students to understand Qiu's spirit of self-sacrifice and collectivism at the expense of his precious life for the safety of his comrades and the victory of the whole battle. At this point in teaching, it can be said that the moral education purpose of the text has been basically completed. But we can also find the breakthrough point of law-abiding education for students through further in-depth excavation. Ask the students to put themselves in their shoes: why didn't he do that at that time? What will happen if this is done? Then, by reading the text further, guide the students to understand that coughing or crossing their legs may be found by the enemy. Then, "our whole class and the whole latent troops behind us will suffer huge losses, and this battle plan will all be lost." Therefore, it is pointed out that every little negligence may bring serious consequences, simple but profound, and guide students to demonstrate with real life. In this way, through extension and expansion, students are guided to understand what to do, what not to do and what not to do, and they are educated to abide by the law.
3. Grasp the representative works. There are many texts in the primary school Chinese textbook, which is very touching. They can make students resonate with the author, cultivate students' thoughts and sentiments, and receive good environmental education results. When reading such texts as Grassland, Landscape of Guilin, Fog of Alishan, Lovely Grass Pond, Shuanglong Cave in Jinhua and July in Tianshan Mountain, I instruct students to appreciate sentences describing beautiful natural scenery, read out their love for nature and the magnificent rivers and mountains of the motherland with praise and love, and arouse students' love for nature and the motherland at the same time, thus inspiring them to protect nature.
Second, create situations and educate people through activities.
"Chinese New Curriculum Standard" points out: "Chinese comprehensive learning can strengthen the connection between Chinese curriculum and other courses and life, and promote the all-round promotion and coordinated development of students' Chinese literacy. "Therefore, teachers should make full use of the characteristics of comprehensive Chinese learning, create an atmosphere of legal education for students, and let students learn and experience in activities.
1. Organize students to listen to the cases of mock trial, and let them play the roles of judge, plaintiff, defendant and defense lawyer to reproduce some scenes in life. Through activities, students not only improve their practical ability, but also realize that as a person, they must have good morality, learn to treat everything fairly, justly and openly, and can't engage in malpractices for personal gain and harm public interests. This is actually to cultivate their good legal morality. For example, after learning Prometheus, I held a "mock trial" language activity in my class, so that students could choose a "class unsolved case" for court trial and defense. Require both the original and the defendant and the presiding judge, a complaint and defense, a court statement and defense, witnesses, evidence, material evidence, the judgment of the final appeal judge and so on. The students' enthusiasm and active participation not only improved their interest in learning Chinese, but also exercised their language expression and thinking ability. They also had a more intuitive impression of the trial, and their awareness of the legal system was naturally greatly enhanced.
2. Make full use of the class meeting activities of the school to give students vivid and intuitive legal education. For example, at a class meeting on traffic safety, I played an immersive game: "I will direct traffic today" to let students know the traffic rules: stop at the red light, go at the green light, and when the yellow light is on. Let students practice obeying traffic rules: he can make pedestrians and vehicles pass in an orderly way. If you don't obey the traffic rules, everyone will shuttle freely at the crossroads and drive at will, which will cause many traffic accidents. And tell the students that this is just a manifestation, and the real reality is cruel. Through games, students learned a lot about traffic laws and regulations, strengthened the concept of maintaining traffic order, and benefited students for life in the future.
3, actively carry out the legal education theme speech contest. For example, a speech contest "Love Life, Stay Away from Drugs" was held to make students deeply realize the serious harm of drugs to a person, a family and even a society. Hold a speech contest of "Cherish youth and stay away from Internet cafes", so that students can clearly understand that they should not indulge in Internet cafes, but should use their great youth in their studies and strive for good results as soon as possible in order to repay their teachers, parents and other relatives; By holding a speech contest on how teenagers protect themselves, students can clearly understand what is the real way to protect themselves when they are hurt. Through the above speech contest, a platform has been built for the formation of students' legal morality, and a growing soil has been provided.
Third, broaden channels and pay attention to actual results.
1, assign extended homework after class. For example, the article "Fanka" can be expanded appropriately. In teaching, I guide students to discover, investigate and feel the living conditions of low-income people around me by assigning extended homework. This is not to incite students to hate the rich and be dissatisfied with the current social system, but to increase their life experience, and then go back to class to discuss and analyze the causes of poverty, social impact and related solutions, and get a preliminary understanding of China's social security system and the superiority of the socialist system.
2. Explain legal knowledge to students regularly. At the beginning of each semester, I set aside about two sections to publicize and explain the common sense of laws and regulations to students, and organize students to study the Daily Code of Conduct for Primary School Students, the Code of Conduct for Primary Schools, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Compulsory Education Law and the Outline of Civic Moral Construction. While learning these legal knowledge, students also constantly improve their legal awareness according to their own behavior, laying a foundation for students to abide by the law and achieving good educational results. Students are required to read legal reports every day, so that they can understand legal knowledge more intuitively and solve all kinds of doubts about the legal system in their minds.
3. Keeping a diary is also an important channel for infiltrating legal education. Students write diaries to tell the truth and speak their minds, which plays a role in teaching people to seek truth. At the same time, keeping a diary can persuade yourself to make progress and introspection, and persuade others to turn over a new leaf. As a Chinese teacher, I make full use of diary as a writing form to expose students to uncivilized and irregular behaviors and even illegal and criminal phenomena in life. Through diary as a carrier, I can reveal my inner feelings and receive profound education. At the same time, through marking, face-to-face mental health guidance is given to students, and daily behavioral norms education and legal education are carried out in a targeted manner.
As Chinese teachers, we have reason and should use our brains in our daily trivial education and teaching work, actively find ways to infiltrate legal education, improve students' ability to distinguish right from wrong and their legal concept, promote them to form good habits of doing things according to law and obeying the law, and promote students' healthy growth.
