(five) other ways in accordance with the provisions.

The specific measures for determining the mode and hours of continuing education shall be formulated by the administrative departments of human resources and social security of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

(5) Continuing education and extended reading for professional and technical personnel in Yunnan Province:

The importance of continuing education:

After completing the annual continuing education task, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will issue a continuing education certificate as an important basis for the annual assessment, post appointment, renewal and professional title evaluation of professional and technical personnel.

According to the regulations on continuing education of professional and technical personnel:

Article 7 The contents of continuing education include public subjects and professional subjects.

The topics of public demand include laws and regulations, theoretical policies, professional ethics, technical information and other basic knowledge, which should be mastered by professional and technical personnel. Professional disciplines include professional knowledge such as new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods that professional technicians should master in their professional work.

ⅵ Professional and technical personnel title evaluation, why does the title evaluation need continuing education?

How about the introduction of training institutions?

Is the human resource qualification certificate a professional title? Strictly speaking, the third-level human resources manager

This is not a title. Many people choose to participate in the training in order to test the qualification of the third-level human resource manager. The third-level human resource qualification certificate is a national certified labor skill level, which will be recognized by enterprises all over the country. With the certificate of three-level human resource manager, the position you are applying for will have great confidence. However, there is one problem you may not understand, that is, the third-level human resource manager does not belong to this title.

Third-level human resources manager

It's not a job title, it's a labor skill level. The vocational qualification certificate is issued by the labor and social security department and is divided into five grades: primary skill, intermediate skill, advanced skill, technician and senior technician. Professional title certificates are issued by the personnel department and are divided into four grades: technician, assistant engineer, engineer and senior engineer. The professional level of human resources professional title examination is divided into four levels: national vocational qualification level 4. Also known as Enterprise hr administrator, National Vocational Qualification Level III, Enterprise Human Resources Assistant Manager, National Vocational Qualification Level II, Enterprise Human Resources Manager, National Vocational Qualification Level I, and Enterprise Human Resources Senior Manager. The third-level hr administrator certificate is issued by the labor and social security department and belongs to advanced skills, so it is a labor skill level. Therefore, Sancai told us that the qualification certificate of human resource management is not a professional title, but a high-tech labor skill level.

After reading the introduction of human resource qualification certificate from the above three talent training institutions, I may have a certain understanding of whether human resource qualification certificate is a professional title or not. In short, the gold content of human resource qualification certificate is still very large, which represents our foundation and ability to engage in human resource management. Therefore, to apply for the human resources qualification certificate, you must go to a professional training institution for special training to help you pass the exam smoothly.

ⅶ How many class hours do professional and technical personnel need for continuing education for one year?

According to the website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, a few days ago, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated the Regulations on Continuing Education for Professional and Technical Personnel, requiring professional and technical personnel to attend continuing education for at least 90 hours each year.

The "Regulations" point out that employers should guarantee the right of professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education, which is jointly invested by society, employers and individuals, and the continuing education work is managed by overall planning, graded responsibility and classified guidance.

The "Regulations" require that the content of continuing education includes public subjects and professional subjects, and professional and technical personnel learn by participating in training courses, seminars or advanced courses; Participate in distance education; Participating in academic conferences, lectures, academic visits and other activities is included in my continuing education hours of the year. Professional and technical personnel can participate in continuing education activities organized by their own units according to job requirements and career development needs, or they can participate in continuing education activities outside their own units in their spare time or working hours with the consent of the employer.

The "Regulations" emphasize that if professional and technical personnel take part in continuing education activities full-time or non-full-time with the consent of the employer, the employer shall pay wages, benefits and other benefits in accordance with relevant state regulations or agreements with workers. The employing unit shall establish an incentive mechanism linking the continuing education with the use and promotion of its professional and technical personnel, and take the participation of professional and technical personnel in continuing education as an important basis for the assessment and post employment of professional and technical personnel. Continuing education institutions shall, in accordance with the principle of combining full-time and part-time, employ professional backbones and experts and scholars with rich practical experience and high theoretical level to build continuing education teachers.

The "Regulations" clearly point out that if the administrative department of human resources and social security and the competent department of relevant industries directly hold continuing education activities, they should highlight public welfare and shall not charge fees.

What are the learning methods of professional and technical personnel that can be recognized as obtaining continuing education hours?

1. Attend training courses, seminars or advanced courses;

2. Participate in relevant continuing education practice activities;

3. Participate in distance education;

4. Participate in academic conferences, lectures, academic visits and other activities;

5, in accordance with the provisions of other ways. The specific measures for determining the mode and hours of continuing education shall be formulated by the administrative departments of human resources and social security of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

ⅸ Professional and technical personnel have no user name and password when logging into the continuing education system.

1, user name or password is wrong, both user name and password are wrong. Very easy to solve, just find the right one;

2. The school is not registered. It is more troublesome and may not be admitted;

3. The system error is the problem of the website itself. It is also very easy to solve, as long as the system error is corrected;

4. Computer problems. It is suggested to report the situation to the school office and solve it by the school office. Just repair the computer or replace it with a qualified computer.

The continuing education of professional and technical personnel refers to the subordinate education of updating, supplementing, expanding and upgrading the knowledge of professional and technical personnel. Its main task is to enable professional and technical personnel to learn new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new information in combination with their own work and improve their knowledge structure.
